949-272-4188 stopping harassing our phone, you ar biggest [***], stop continue to call

I get calls from these guys maybe 6+ times a day. They don't saying anything to me. They just stay on the line for about 15 seconds and then hangs up.

This number (949) 272-4188 has been calling my cell phone incessantly.  At all hours. Never leaves a message so I don't pick up. It is harassing and irritating me

Have received 9 calls from this number since Wednesday, and its Friday. I am in school and work a lot so I don't get to answer when they call, but they never leave a message. I have loans, but they are in deferrment since I am in school. Will officially block this number now.

These SOB's have seriously called me 8 times a day for the last week.  When I answer they just hang up....  So annoying

I have the same problem calling me 4,5,6 times a day at all hours and never leaving a message. I called them today and they answered and I told them they need to stop calling me. They asked me if I have federal student loans and I stated that is none of your business stop calling my phone. This is ridiculous and should be considered harrassment

They call constantly, when I do answer someone waits for me to say hello then they hang up! I cannot have my phone ringing throughout my day, I'm busy at work!! Grrrr

How do these dumb companies get our phone numbers? I have to leave my phone on for work and they constantly call. Luckily i downloaded white pages caller id/block on my phone so it goes straight to voicemail when they call, however it's still completely annoying. I have never had a student loan in my life.

"How do these dumb companies get our phone numbers?"  Ok, So imaging your area code is XXX, and your exchange is YYY.  Now imagine that you had a computer, and programed it to call XXX-YYY and every number from 0000 to 9999.  Do you think your number would fall in there somewhere?  Now imagine that you programed that computer to repeatedly call those number until someone answered.  Do you think you would receive multiple calls?
That is what these scammers do.  They don't need numbers, they just dial them all.

This number calls several times a day, never leaves a message, and I'm tired of it.  I work nights and sleep during the day.  I WHAT ME NUMBER RESERVED FROM THE CALL LIST!!!

Same thing as above. Keeps calling but does not leave a message.
