They call about wage garnishment and bank levy. Scammer : 1) call is from a different number each time 2) phone barely rings before it goes to VM... (How do  they send themselves to my voicemail?) 3)they don't know/mention my name specifically

Caller leaves pre-recorded voicemails stating the following: “Our company has been retained _⁠_ process legal paperwork on your name and Social Security number in reference to a very serious legal matter again we're handling wage garnishment paperwork under your name and social and are prepared to attach a lien to your bank account please contact our office directly at 920-365-3495 or more detailed information if we do not hear from you we will process the paperwork thank you…”

SAME AS ABOVE! SCAMMERS!!!!

Received a call from a florida # to call this 949-668-0070 a californa # back regarding a legal matter. Spoke with someone named Jim! He is handling my case to file a levy against my bank acct. garnish my wages and put a lien against my property for an imternet payday loan that i default on in 2013. Asked for him to send me paperwork, i have never taken out a payday loan. Told me he wasn't going to argue with me when i called him a scammer. He was just going to submit my paperwork!

I got same call but anyone would know they shouldnt have to ask for name and social # if they were for real. Scammers galore!!!!!!

I got a call from this number stating it was a very serious legal matter and they were attaching my SS number processing a Lein on my bank account.

Very Unprofessional called and stated I owe a lone that I never applied for hung up the phone!!

I received a call today claiming I was about to have a lien on my bank account about a serious issue and that I would be getting garnished. I already had a different one from another similar number so I know it's some sort of scam

Same as above. If it was real they would have give a company name.

Well at least you now know who they are, where they are located, and what to do about it.

call number 11 since 1/21/22  message the same but keep changing phone numbers

I got the same message as everyone on bank levy etc. Ive had 4 calls this week with them leaving messages. They spoof their number as local but want me to call 949 668 0070 so doesnt do any good to block them.

Referenced wage garnishment & lien action to be taken on my bank account, stating they have my SSN & bank account number, then saying they need my SSN. FRAUDS!

I hot the exact same message today.
