Unknown number left a message (my phone didn't ring) saying “Our company has been retained to process legal paperwork on your name and social security number in reference to a very serious legal matter. Again we are handling wage garnishment paperwork under your name and social security number and are preparing to attach a lean to your bank account. Please contact our office directly at 9496680070"

I got the same message so I called back bc they call everyday twice a day. Said it’s mediation services. She said I owe speedy cash $1071. I said no I don’t owe anybody bc I filed bankruptcy. She said well apparently it was missed bc they are going to come after you and put a lien on your account. She said this is an income based loan not a credit based loan so it’s not covered in bankruptcy. Bye ma’am! I hung up. Find something else to do other than trying to scam people.

Received the same call. With the exact same amount owed, $1071. Total scam.

they have called numerous times, both my number and my husband's number. I keep blocking the number but it still goes to voice mail. They threaten to serve me with some sort of legal papers at my work and need to talk to my supervisor or HR person. Funny thing is, I am self employed, so that would be ME! LOL. They are such stupid and annoying people, I wish there was some way to make them quit calling!

Is it me or did we not get calls like this for about 4 years and last year they all started back again??  Hmmmm I wonder why?  Well it’s a scam to get your information that’s why they don’t say a name or social. They wait for you to give it to them. If you are on this page you know what’s up so look out for our elder family members who might fall prey to these scum suckers.

You people and your "name and social".  What they want is money.  US Greenbacks that will spend anywhere in the world and the most important part is that they can spend them immediately.  Hundreds or thousands, whatever they can get out of you.  Oh, and this scam has been running for years and years and did not disappear for 4 years.

Just a heads up on this scam 949-668-0070 is the current number they use.  Seem they are trying to collect old/ghost debt.  Most states statue of limitations is 6 yrs to file any civil matter.  If it’s older than that, all they can do is keep trying to collect.   NO ONE is being served    Your welcome 😎

Received voice mail that they have legal paperwork and are going to garnish my wages no company name or name of individual and the number they are calling from isn’t the number they are saying to call back

not the first time calling.  on my voicemail same story.  these people need to be stop.  sick of this.
