Same statement....saying I owe $$ and they are going to garnish my pay check. Should I call my lawyer?

Why would you pay your lawyer to tell you this is a scam?
If this scammer calls again, tell them to mail you proof of the debt along with proof they're legally entitled to collect said debt. Refusal to do so - for any reason confirms the scam.
Oh, and they can't garnish your wages without first taking you to court which scammers never do.

just got my daily scam call from these jerks--same taped message-will at least get 1 more today--2:15pm

Generic male voice, said they had my info and we're going to place a "levy" against my bank account, and that they are coming to my workplace to collect. Good luck. I work at home, and I exercise my 2nd amendment rights.

Same I got a bank levy against my name and ssn.

Got a call about them garnishment

I got the exact same message 3x each come up from a different number bit the message is the same.

Same for me. Just a threat no info. Scammer

I got exactly the same message today. Same number. I do not owe anyone any money or anything else.

Same issues as above, caller ID showed a town number near my home town but call back number given was the 949 number. Scary but glad this site was up to check.

Same as everyone else pretty much. No amount given of debt, no company name, just said wage garnishment & bank lien. Caller ID number was local but voicemail left this message. Yeah, good luck buddy. LOL!
