First they called from 309-827-5401 all day yesterday and now they are calling from 951-243-2302 it rings and no message. i got one yesterday from "Linda" but I, like most of you here, dont answer numbers i dont know. its very annoying cause they call at 10pm. Very annoying.

that is the exact same thing i was getting. the linda gal... payment plan i cant afford either. thing is my account is not in collections its just over the limit.

It is Capital one calling for debt collection. BE aware they call from a different number every time. Have gotten calls from 951-243-2302, 757-483-4840, 813-274-1837. Despite the fact that I have told them repeately that I am in the process of filing Ch 13 and repeatedly providing the ignorant representatives with my attorney's contact info they continue to call and always from a different number.

I just received this call at 7:55am EST, which mean it was 4:55am in CA.  Who in there right mind would be calling someone at that time in the morning. I didn't answer the call, but glad to know it may be Capitol One.  I can't afford a payment plan either.

Of the last nine received calls I've gotten on my cell, these are three of them.  They are all Capital One.  I'd like to send the vikings to them!

Calls from the above number 2 to 4 times a day for months! Sick of it.  Every day, Hi, this is Linda" for opportunities here at Capital One.

File a complaint with the do not call registry.  I filed 26 complaints against Linda (various numbers)  Maybe we can stop her!!!  I get 3 calls a day from her it's awful and I don't even have capital one anything!!!!

I get multiple calls per day from Linda at Capital one. The highest number in a day was 9. These are from up to 5 different area codes. We answered one once, and it was just a sales call for something we couldn't use. Isn't this harrassment? There must be some kind of law against this.

I keep getting calls several different numbers and several now from 215-977-7223 and they now have left a voicemail noting "Linda" from Capital One wants to make us aware of New Opportunities and I need to return this call today.  I have emailed them and called them several times to make payment arrangements and they will no way help on their end.  They can bother you all they want and will not help you with any bail out!  I said what are you going to do about it come and kill me! I am only a few days late on the payment, first time this year and even paid some on the amount due and paid the late fee.  I still have about 20 days till it has been late over 30 days and they have to stick the blood hound dogs on you.  The thing also is that the hounds are all off shore people they have calling us.  If I am going to get hounded for a few days late on a payment at least if it was an American person calling me, Linda sounds American but is not, I could take it better.  Cap one is the problem if they hired Americans to call we could all have good jobs and not have to worry about using their credit card to have to buy TP!

Capital One is not affiliated with this. Spoke directly with one of their coporate offices and they were not aware of any of this. They are now. These phone calls are part of a scam.

This is Linda calls my phone several times a day...she must like to listen to my voice mail. I don't know how she can call from so many different area codes in one day. Wish I could learn to be in more places at one time. Sorry Capital One, you are just wasting my time and yours.

This number called me - I did not answer - they left no message! I have been receiving non-stop "Linda" calls prior to this call and sure enough, here she is again! "Linda" should be arrested for unlawful harassment and put in Capital One jail!!! She's a mecha-beyotch from hell...

How many phone numbers does Capital One have? So far I've gotten calls from fourteen different numbers that have all been Capital One.

Calls at various times of days and weekends.  I Never answered.  Never leaves a message.

Good way to get rid of Linda's calls, log in to your account online and switch the phone number they reach you at to another number. We changed it to somebody we didn't like, mom's ex business partner who took her for thousands of dollars, paybacks a [***]! Best part is she won't be able to get rid of it because she doesn't have the account number to call back and deal with it properly! PS, can't be a 800 or 900 number.

Calls me 6:57 a.m.!!!!  WTF!  I answer and I can clearly hear someone on the other end, but they don't respond.

Said she was from Capital One her name was linda and she had some opportunities and i should call her back TODAY at 1-800-955-6600

Linda, I GET IT!! You have some opportunities that may be available to me as a customer of Crapital One. You don't have to remind me several times a day, EVERY frickin' day! While you're out traveling the countryside making all these obnoxious calls wherever you happen to be, I'm stuck where I'm at. Message received, you have opportunities. yay for you.
