I recived a phone call where the woman asked to talk to my husband (knew his exact name ), I said this sis his wife. (she knew my name as well ) She told me  we haven't made a payment on our " CAPITAL ONE C.C since June.I knew she was a scam , I personally make pay every month, I have confirmation numbers every month. She started reading off a debit collection by law statement, I hung up immediately, I'am very upset .I don't feel safe,
