when i pick up its someone wanting me to pay them, shoot im not payin captial one didly squat, i tried for 2 months to make a payment n they kept sending it back to the check account and then charged me for being late! i told them to cancel my card n now they still call saying i need to make a payment, if they arent gonna accept it why call! they call 4 times or more aday ......its rediculous, i told them send me to a collection agency and the woman hung up on me!

I now, officially, have 10 different numbers for Capital One!  I don't have a Cap One account but a few people I know do ... or did ... so, now I have to deal with the fallout of the poor economy.  If I've told them once, I've told them more times than I can count ... I'm not the person you're looking for - do not call me.  Apparently, that doesn't work.  What is the world coming to?

Capital One. I have given up on trying to pay them back. They lie, say anything to get a penny. Will not send a thing in writing. F them!

Linda your annoying and you dont offer me any payment options! you wont even remove late fees due to my low income, so that means I guess linda gets no money!

I've been receiving numerous phone calls from other numbers stating that its "Linda" from Capital One.  I've blocked every number that they have called from but they never get the hint and keep calling from other numbers.

Called at 4:24PM and 6:38PM on November 23 but did not leave a message. Everyone in AMERICA
should sue these people for $13 TRILLION a person !! Report number to FCC !!

I think Capital One has called me from every number they have.......please stop calling me with that phony message that starts off......"Hi this is Linda, we have some opportunities...."......and on some ocassions when I do answer, no one is there..........STOP  CALLING!!!!!!

This is a scam! They are trying to steal your identify!! DO NOT give them any persona; info!! Report them to the authorities!!

Capitol One just SUCKS!!!!! I called two months ago, cancelled my card, notified them that i'd pay $25 a month till it's paid off and they STILL call me at least twice a day harrassing me. Linda can kiss my a**!!!!

This is one of the many Capitol One phone numbers.  They call on average once every 45 minutes every day from 8:05 am to 8:50 pm.  They are so persistent that if you block a number they just use another number to call from or they change their caller ID.  Some come through as Capitol One, while some come through as restricted.  So far in December they used 11 different numbers.  Now in 3 days of January they have added 3 more numbers. And now they use SIGNET BANK-VA (800)955-6600.  When you call back it's Capitol One.  I'm looking into a harassment solution now.

Please do not keep calling this number. If we need you, we will call YOU !!!!

Let's everybody call them back and ask for Linda. When they try to pawn you off on someone else, tell them you will only speak to Linda. We know Linda's voice by now. So, just keep calling them back and ask for Linda. See how they like harassment.

I'm getting calls from this number. I answer county morgue.

They called me yesterday asking for my husband (primary )  she said we haven't made a payment since last June..lmao/ I just made our  payment  last week paid the whole bill.I  have confirmation numbers to prove it,she also read off the collections law t me,, I hung up..I don't feel safe with a stranger calling me knowing our names Its time to end this relationship with Capital One!
