They always call at supper time, saying they've been given my name as a reference for a person I don't even know, told over & over to stop calling. Man has heavy ?Indian accent. Very annoying - I'm on the Do not Call registry but continue to be bothered. If you let it go to voice mail - he leaves a long message. I now just push the answer button & immediately hang up.

So this is a debt collector? It appears on my caller id as "Florida". This company has been calling me daily looking for someone who is never live here. The message asks such person to call back ( the given 800#) and has to mention the case #. It seems like this is a robocall type message.

Rec'd call around 7:15 p.m. fromUCB at 054-236-6883.  No message left.

I got a call from this number and they were looking for my husbands ex-wife.  Apparently i come up as a possible relative since my husband was married to her.  I GLADLY passed along her cell and house number!

I got a phone call from UCB 954-236-6083 from a woman asking for "Ann" my response was you have th wrong number.  She apologized and I hung up.  The end.

Got a call from this number on 6-15 at 3:20 p.m., looking for somebody who does not live here, and never has.

i have found that ALL OF A SUDDEN you get these calls and asking for collection payment and you dont have a clue what they are talking about..........treat these calls as scams....do not give any info including your name.  tell them to cease and desist your phone...if they call again report their butts.......very nasty people

Received a call from this number asking about a person who is a possible neighbor?  Have never heard of name they asked for before.  Also, called before 8 a.m. on my only day off???? Really????

Unfamiliar Number so I did not answer - let it go to message.  Looking for "Lorane Barragas." Asked me to call back ASAP and I didn't. Don't know her but see that it is a debt collector.

These idiots are relentless.  They are from foreign country and barely speak english.  They should not be allowed to bother people in the own homes.  They should put them all on a huge boat and send them back to Pakistan where they belong.  Isn't there a law about these stupid foreigners bothering hard working Americans.  They should be flogged, followed by a proper tar and feathering!!!!

Debt Collector.  What I do is start talking to them and act really rushed and tell them I am just about to dock my yacht and ask them to call back next week when I am back in the states.

Received April 1, 2013. Looking for a name that closely resembled a relative's name, but not exact. The woman (had a slight Southern accent) asked about the birth year for this person and I did not respond. I am aware that this relative has been receiving phishing-type phone calls and emails recently and somehow they now have my personal cell number. Call ended with me saying that she had the wrong number and that I don't know the person she is looking for.

Called looking for my ex-husbands new wife. I have never even met her.

These people are the debt collectors from Citibank. I'm currently making payments to them on a card i let get too far past due. I checked with citibank who verified UCB is the collector they gave it to. I'm on a payment plan with them, haven't missed a payment in almost a year, and they still hound me, calling anywhere from 3-10 times a week. Very frustrating.

looks like this collection agancy are in the practice of calling every one related to the peron who owed money , even when you tell them wrong number they still carry on talking to you .

Like the other posts, I've received several calls from this number. A message is ever left.
