I want to use this medium to say a very big thanks to
dr ebosele for restoring my relationship back. I lost
my husband to another lady who happens to be his superior
at the office. my husband was going out with her after two
years of our marriage, when found out that my husband was
having an affair with another woman, i confronted him
and all he did was to send me packing. When i discussed

that maybe my husband was under a spell and she suggested

told me she came in contact with his email on the
web when she was searching for answers to a similar problem.
we contacted him for help and behold he gave me the answers
to my problems. I was surprise the day my husband and his friends
came to my house asking me to come back to the house,at first
i taught i was dreaming but behold it was real and now we are

It has a double digit IQ.  It is just that the double digits are on the negative side of 0.

Someone from this number called my cell repeatedly and said that my husbands Citibank card account had been transferred to UCB for nonpayment. She said that unless I paid her IN FULL immediately the account would be a permanent black mark on our credit. She said that I could no longer pay Citi directly. She offered to transfer me to Citi to verify what she was saying. She said I had to keep her on hold because if the call ended my window of opportunity to settle the debt was closed. I instead called Citi from the number online and verified that I in fact can still pay Citi, and while they work with similarly named creditors, they will ALWAYS accept payment on an account if the last statement was more recent than 5 years.

A Good rule of thumb is to pay your debts and not let charges add up. CitiBank used to be known as First Interstate Bank and, originally, United California Bank. The calls are 100% legitimate. I've had debt issues in the past, and I even had a socalled debt consolidator "work with me" only to end up being sucessfully sued by two creditors for 35K that I'm struggling to pay off. It's not fun. Credit cards can really get you into a horrible fix.

This call is bodering me

I think this company is calling me because of some unpaid bills from my ex-husband. These debts are from after we were divorced & do not pertain to me. We have been divorced since July 2000. I have not answered the phone, & do not plan to. Will they continue to call until I change my phone # to an unlisted #?

Ask them whatever they were calling about.to Mail it said they could not mail it. Told them  That is consumer law of US..to ask to stop calling..send by mail  ask all kinds of questions.

I have been getting calls from this number every day, sometimes more than once, I don't answer unknown callers and they do not leave a message.

Very root,  demanding and disturbing call, did not introduce her self, asking for one of my family member, who is ill in the hospital. Informed me what  I am  his emergency contact. When I repeat a request  to no introduce herself or Company. She stated it is personal business matter, then phone was disconnected.

Got a call from this number at 8.15 pm. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognise, but there was no voicemail left This one will now join the other nuisance callers on the automatic reject list, and I won't even see they have called. Thanks Samsung.

This is a scam! They called me and I answered. It was a woman who said she was with United Collection Bureau and she asked for me by name. She said I was in collections for a Citibank card, for $5000 and said she needed my checking account number so we can take care of this right way. I laughed cause I am broke as a joke, and because of that I know who I owe what to. I told her I would need something in writing before I do anything and she asked for my address. When I told her she was not getting that info from me, she asked me to confirm my birthday, but could not tell me it, i needed to tell her and she would confirm it for me. lol. I told her no and she gave me a number to call and get more information about the "debt". This is a Scam to get people to give up information. I pulled my credit report to double check, also checked the "customer number" with the real United Collection Bureau and it said I do not excite. Blocked the number if you can and do not tell them anything.

Beware costly new area codes 809, 284, 876. Supposedly confirmed,  AT&T verifies www.att.com/gen/press-room. "If you call back, you will be charged a minimum of $2425 per-minute.  Don't ever dial 809."

Calling back any Caribbean area code will incur International rates. The '2 ring' scam has been going on for years. They call just long enough to get the caller ID to register the number. The curious call back. Always a good thing to remind people of this old scam.

United Collections Bureau, a debt collection agency using  deceptive practices. The only way companies like this get smacked is by enough people filing a complaint with the FCC (link at end). No company is allowed to call your cell phone without your express permission. They will tell you you're "listed as an alternative contact," implying a friend or family member gave them your number, but when asked directly, they will admit, no, your friend/family member didn't provide your number. They are also Robo calling you; that's what the distinct silence, click & background noise is before you hear a person. This is also against Federal Regulations. File a complaint with the FCC here
