It was an unanswered phone call on my cell phone. I returned the call due to my position of being in the job market. It was from Promotions Plus.

Many harrassing calls from this #. I answered several times w/o speaking & put my phone on Mute & the line stayed live, until I hung it up 22 minutes later. Several times I asked who was calling and there was breathing on the line but no response. I think telemarketers dial & stay on the line so that they can appear to be actually "working".

I just called, pushed 0 for operator, asked the woman to remove my number from their call list.  I gave them my phone number and she took care of it.  The woman was very professional and polite to me.

these people if you can call' them that are calling my daughters phone while she is at school.high school.

i have the same problem they call me atleast 5-6 times a days its annoying and when i answer they just hang up ive actually talked to someone once but they just said i won a free cruise but now they call me constantly

954 351 0087 called and said the guy was larry bookbinder (funny lastname) which sounded fishy, he said that we won a cruise to the bahamas with everything paid. I told him that it was 2 good 2 be true so what do I gotta pay? He said only transportation and $118 to hold our spot. I was like l o l !! I'll call you in a bit. Did some research on 800notes and boom here I am. I spoke to my girl about it and says that she gets a call from them every single day every week. So there's my story be aware people :P :)

I've gotten three calls today from this number.  When I answered it the first time I heard a voice saying something undistinguishable (sounded like "Are you awake?").  When I said that she had the wrong number, she said thanks and I hung up.  When I picked my phone up right away to make a phone call, there was no dial tone, I was still on the line with her.  They've called back twice more, but when I let the machine pick it up, they hang up.  My caller ID reads "BESM".

I just had a call from 954-351-0087. It's Ramada's or the marketing firm they use. I would not recommend answering. They messed up my vacation a couple of years ago and wanted more money than they originally agreed to, and they were rude.

Book your vacation with a local travel agent not with these people. Don't just just take my word, ask your travel agent, they know the business.

I called them back and talked with an agent. He asked if I enjoyed my last trip booked with their company. My response was "not so much". He then said -You get what you pay for, what were you expecting? Now, let me tell you about the next big deal we have for you.-
LOL, seriously. They say all the crazies move to Florida...

I've received 14 calls from this number in the last week.  I don't answer the phone anymore when this number shows up.  ANNOYING

This phone calls me every day and every night. I don't know who it is so I don't answer.

Calls several times each day. No one on the other end of the line.

I have recieved at least a call a day from this number for the last week or so.  I called just a minute ago and was put on their do not call list.  Hope it works for you too...

I answered and it was a recorded message from the "Carmen Electra Vacation Planner" asking me to wait on the line because they were very busy and someone would be right with me.  I intended to ask them to remove me from their list but the call disconnected.

I called back and got a recorded "Thank you for calling the Promotions Department" to which I dialed 0 for Operator and then was put on hold without letting me respond "Can I put you on hold? *click*"  After a long wait, the girl finally came back and when I asked to be removed she told me that "we only deal with customers" to which I responded that I certainly am not a customer of the "Carmen Electra Vacation Planner" and I have no idea how they got my number.

She then told me she had my number on her caller ID and would remove me from the list.  We'll see.

Cruise Line Telemarketer~ Just got back from a 5+ days vacation, BESM 954-351-0087 was on my caller ID 13 times. Called and spoke to the operator who was very nice. She repeated my phone number and by law has 30days to remove me from her calling list.

Did not recognize this strange long distance number after reading the comments.   They did not leave a message.

Automated message with Carmen Electra (2nd in less than 30 mins.) speaking to offer a vacation.  The message ends and a few seconds later a human voice comes on...they don't introduce themself and assume we can get scammed into their vacation package.  I just left it on hold and until the caller frustratingly hung up.  The caller is another crazy scam artist from Florida.

Called several times each day to offer cruise services.  Always the same male voice, I just put them on hold and leave them there.

Don't even answer, they keep calling throughout the day.  Answering machine picks up and they don't leave a message.  The automated Carmen Electra message is not even being used anymore.  

They must be busy and only receive 6 calls sofar...looking for at least 10 before the day is over.
