Tired of these types of calls. I got a call yesterday. I didn't ans.,and no msg. was left. I immediately sent a complaint to NDNCR. Today, I dialed this #, and would you believe it has been disconnected?... Imagine that!! What do you think they would say/do, if, when they ask for our private info., we told them "you tell me yours first" I really thought the DNCR was a good thing, but this year it isn't working for me. When I tried to register (just to be sure) It says I am already registered..

just file a compliant with the DNCR and the FTC it does work !!

DNCR does stop a lot of calls just not these scumbags here they dont care you have to go after these people there is strenght in numbers

Yep, I did do that.. Wouldn't you think that so many complaints about a # would eventually do some good? Humm, what is done in response to our complaints? Plus, if they are using a "disconnected" #, isn't that illegal? Seems anything goes for these people.I have started leaving the ringer off.Sooo quiet....:) Seriously, there has to be a way to put an end to these calls..Let's all start filing those complaints today!

recording said to press 1 to lower our interest rate to 6.9% on our credit card or press 2 to remove our number from future calls. It doesn't say what credit card and we keep getting call backs.

I got a call from 954-370-6846 on March 25, 2008. There was no message left, but the caller ID said Ft Lauderdale, FL.

Received call at 4:56 PM.  No message left.  Great website to find out "who" is calling.  On 3/26/08 also got a call from 305-958-9297 at 5:21 PM and today, 3/27/08 got a call from California (San Jose) 408-390-5874.  It really bothered me, because I have sick relatives in the Plantation Area of Florida and also in the 305 Area code.  I thought someone passed away and I didn't recognize number. Thanks for info!  Good thing I have Caller ID

Got a call from this number but no message left.

I received a call on 4/7/08 that was regarding consolidating credit card debt.  When I said I didn't have any they hung up.  Before that I asked the name of the company and they said United Debt Aid.  This call was made to my cell - I checked received calls and the number came up 305-672-6663 and when I tried to call it back it came up "out of service."  Definitely a scam.

I actually rec'd several calls from this # and did the obligitory request to stop calling.  I too am on do not call lists.  I finally got angry enough that I did *69 to call them back and it was miraculously disconnected within 1 minute after they called me.  I called the FTC and the guy said it is most definately a scam to steal your identity.  Though the numbers address shows Florida it has been rerouted and blah blah blah.  So in essence, the FTC is aware and they are investigating but thus far are unable to pin them down.  Because it is an illegal operation they don't pay much attn. to the do not call lists.
