954-379-4387  is definelty a scam.  They pretend to be a tv production company.  Ultimately they ask for al lot of money up front.  Run away.

Found this on my answering machine this morning. A woman calling herself "Brit Matlock", with a British accent, was calling on behalf of her producer, "Doug Eckhart" for "Inside Business Television". They wanted to do a segment about "American Industrial Services", and wanted me to call and talk to them.
What is the real scoop here?

We just got a call from them it was Britt Matlock calling on behalf of Robert Mutter, From Art of Living Television, wanted to do a segment on Fabulious Fashions for the pets we love.

I had the same message on my machine from the same Brit Matlock. I ignored it but she called back again reprsenting a Bryan D'Fretas calling on behalf of her producer, "Ryan D'Fretas" for "Inside Business Television". They wanted to do a segment about "Greening America". This is a SCAM.  They have a real website but who knows how legit they really are.  They will take up ALOT of your time and have you talk to 'producers' before they let you know that they want you to pay for the segment because they think its advertising for you.  They'll claim they got your name from 'market research' but if you ask them what they know about your company they can't tell you anything.

I got the same call fomr Brit Matlock representing Ryan DeFreitas. I told her I needed their web site and needed to research it before I would call them back. She never gave me a lump sum cost, but I have gathered from others that they charge you $19,700 for a 5 minute spot on some random tv show. I am a very small (3 people) business and could not figure out why they called me. You can do your own video on YouTube for FREE! Don't let these people waste your time.

I just received the very same call. Britt said she was doing a show on "Professional Development Solutions". I'm embarrassed to say that I called her back and left a message with a time she can call me back!! The producer she was representing was Darrel Lee. This must be a scam. Oh boy!

I got a cal from A Britt calling on behalf of Robert Mutter as well.  I called back and left a message.  In one of my sane moments I decided to google him adn got here.  That's to all before me reporting similar calls and to head this off from me being involved in a scam.

got an email from "Britt Haptamarian" asking me to call 954-379-4370 (a slight change) to discuss my company being on "art of living". The producer was named as Mr. Doug Eckhart. Seems they are changing things slightly but the same old scam. It was tailored slightly to fit my company "We are currently working on an upcoming segment on “Leading Developments in Learning Solutins for Special Needs Children,” and it will be included in a “Childhood Development” series." I went to the internet before giving out my phone.

I wonder how it work if the real deal called??? Glad for the previous posts. Saved me false hopes and alot of headache.

Got the same call. I also called Britt back. Their number is 954 379-4370. Now I know!

I got a call from Nicole representing some producer on Art of living phone 954 379 4393. Second call from her, glad I found this posting...SCAM !

Call from Britt about Inside Business Show  for CNN. Wanted to set up talk with our company and Doug Eckhart. Thanks for these postings. I decided to google Doug Eckhart Inside Business and got these posting. Thanks for letting me know it is a scam. Call back number was 954-379-4370 in Coral Florida. I don't have time for this kind of garbage.

I am the CEO and was unhappy that "Inside Business" would not provide sufficient information to Dina, and insisted that I talk with them directly.  This is not an appropriate way for people to conduct business, making me think that this operation is a kind of scam.

Got a call from Anthony Jordan from a 954 area code - same as above.  SCAM.

Rec'd a call from secretay on behalf of Patrick Holiday. She said they wanted to do a segment on "Meeting the Challenges of Today's Economy." They were rude and I should have figured it was a SCAM!!!

954 379 4391  This is the phone the guy called Darrell Lee emailed to me to call.  Associated producer for the Art of Living.  Email sounded fishy.

Recived a call earlier in the week from a women looking to set up a meeting with the producer of the the art of living show, i googled the number and read the comments here, I decided to take the call anyway and see what this was all about... Well it seems pretty legit to me, yes there was a fee to license the segment and if i had the budget i probaly would have participated. the show is hosted by Marilu Henner, cant imagine she would be involved in a scam.

I had a call from Britt just today for "Art of Living and producer Zack Schmitzer for their upcoming Natural Beauty edition... 954-671-1083. Britt should change her stage name.

This organization is quite reputable and makes sense for many companies. For those who can benefit from TV coverage, this is a very good value.

Same as all of you on here, doing an article on the industry and wants to do an article. Woman name this time was Andrea Miller calling on behalf of here producer Jack Schwartz.

Getting some recognition for the hard work that we have put into our business is a good thing. I was satisfied with this opportunity, but our company is growing and we have a marketing budget. If you're barely making it, then this probably isn't for you.
