I don't answer any call that does not display a name or phone number I don't know, so I can't say what their scam is.  No message (what a surprise).  If they are Not_Available, i'm not either.

This number called today at 3:20 PM. Did not leave a message.

Received call from this number on 5/31/16.  I did not answer, they did not leave a message.  Will report the number.

No message just played piano music for about 1 minute.

I received a call from 959-299-4800 but did not answer it. Usually I do not answer calls from unknown numbers and assume it is not Publishers Clearing House telling me I have won millions of dollars.

Aetna Insurance. They will ring you if you already have a policy with them.

Female who said she was calling from dispute dept. for a Mrs. Alverado. Told her for the third time no one her by that name. Asked to take my number out of her system since she wasn't even calling to the area code, or state.

Outgoing line for Aetna Insurance.   They left message.  Was a valid call from eligibility department.

Aetna Medicare regarding a grievance that I filed against them.  They did leave a voice mail.

Legit call .. Aetna (I am a subscriber) Man left message requesting that I notify them of the name of the Primary Care Physician I have chosen.

I believe it to be Aetna Insurance. However, the message is always garbled and unintelligible.

I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number, but they left a msg and it was Aetna letting me know they had processed my claim.

Received a phone call yesterday saying that my Aetna in the area I live would be no longer available although, they own Conventry/Aetna and a similar plan would take effect November 1st. I hope this is a legitimate call, otherwise I will take all recorded info that I have and 3 laptops I have in storage to the supreme court and find out who these thieves may be and who is behind it. They will be sorry IF in fact this was a crime. I will terminate them by Law beyond repair and they would be in serious matters. They ae messing with the wrong person.

Called but doesn’t leave a message. If this is supposed to be a legitimate business I would think they would leave a message telling you what/why they are calling about. The way it came in ‘Hartford, CT’ and not the name of the business is suspicious and therefore a scam.

Called daily. Left message on how to "opt out" of calls...no results. Person does NOT speak English so irritating to be disturbed and then not know what the person is yammering about!

I, too, received this call from Aetna.  I returned the call and was told to call main number.  After talking with Aetna, I was informed that it's a phone campaign such as health reminders, surveys.  She took me off that list and said it takes up to 30 days for it to take effect.  If you like the reminders, don't do what I just did.

Call was from Aetna in response to a miss handled claim. Left a message explaining the results of my complaint.
