I, too, received a call from this number. They left no message. If this is a legit number/insurance... Why do they not come across as such, with who they are on the caller ID?? I do not answer calls if there is no indication as to who they are on the caller ID.

The CNAM portion of the Caller ID is put there by your phone carrier and not the caller.

Got a voice mail saying it was Aetna but part of the message seemed dropped part way through so I did not get the entire message. According to the part of the message I could hear, it had something to do with a letter I received and they wanted to walk me through the process. I don't have a clue what letter or walk me through for what reason. I do not trust the call. Seems fishy to me.

Do you have coverage with Aetna?  If you do, call them using the number on your membership card and ask them about the call.   If not, just ignore the call; it could have been just a misdial, or someone, who had your number before you did, had coverage with Aetna and they never informed Aetna of the number change.

I got a call too. They did leave a message. Person was hard to understand. I won't call them back, as I have a senior care insurance representative.

Received multiple calls. After getting a Trust me” response when I called back I contacted Aetna using the number on the card. They have no such program and do not contact people by the phone.
