Stop whining about it and turn it around on them. Do what I did. Get a Digitone Call Blocker (and, no, I do not work for them. I just have one). They cost about a hundred bucks and worth every penny of it. Seriously, a solid 30% of all calls coming into my house phone were from telemarketers, telescammers, politicians, survey takers, and zombie debt collectors. Now they are all blocked. You can even block by area code and use wild cards so that you can block entire regions of the country. You can also use white list blocking by blocking all numbers other than the ones on your contact list Once again, for me, life is good. An alternative might be to find a number that when you call it, gives you a message that the number is not in service. Then you use your phone service provider's selective call forwarding feature (if it is available to you) and send all of your unwanted calls to that number (or your ex, whatever).  Good luck to all.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating telemarketing calls, a likely violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

I pressed 1 and when the rep asked if I pressed 1 to reduce my credit card costs, I replied "I pressed 1 to ask you to put me on your do not call list". He immediately hung up. My caller ID just said Sherwood, OR.

Thank you for this post, I have been receiving calls from these guys for months, called that legal contact below, and got to listen to the attorney's outgoing message. Almost laughed my ass off, you can tell he is getting bombarded with calls from ticked off folks. On his voice mail he gives out Pacific Communications direct line and contact off 360 328 8000, however, the line is always busy, tried the line that calls me 971 213 1942 and it is always busy.

Received many calls from this number always let it go to voicemail never any message. They call every day and at different times when answer only get recorded message.

Called me twice today and didn't leave a message. Actually I've been getting calls every hour on the hour from various numbers. WTF?

Picked up the phone when Financial Center called ---- no one there ----- and no recording.
And, I am on the DNC list, for all the good that does.

Caller ID said Financial Ctr.  Spouse hung up on them.  Good old Pacific Telecom Services Group again?  Any lawyer out there who thinks some of the victims of this company could get a restraining order filed against them, especially the victims of profanity and sexual content?  Hey just asking?  Is there anyway to get states to make only USA based companies public utilities?  No foreign owned company could be the owner of any USA public utility.  That would get rid of the Belize or off shore scumbag protection.  What do you guys think?

In my working with a host of others who's been targeted for mass attempts of fraud and harassment. As a shared assistance to and for others that's also being targeted. Here's the useful information of the caller ID exchanges to be shared that we've experienced / documented.

One of several harrassing numbers from WA and OR phones.   I am on the do not call list.  What can be done about these?

got a call from this number - no message-

These a..holes do not give up...Today I answered just because I saw financial ctr so thought it would be my turn to tell them where to go but to my surprise there was no response.  Did read a wire story today that the DNC list is not working, that more telemarketers are abusing the review list and that there are more scammers working the system.  Our government as its best by not doing anything.
