Those calls from THAT 800-377-7789 number owned by that CMI outfit. Is well noted and documented by an array of individuals sharing their personal experiences and research. In regards to what amounts to be a harassment caller for the same Time Warner & Comcast cable enterprises. That are now facing massive subscriber losses in unprecedented numbers,.. that's not irony THAT'S mass push back and astounding nonacceptance.  

Yet that's merely the results of those outfits having so deliberately stiffed so many people for so long. That now vast numbers of those victims are disconnecting those dis-services in record numbers and refusing to have anything else to do with them any longer,.. and quiet emphatically so.

That's no hoax, no mistake, no error nor any lie. That's the reality and " Former subscriber " recourse effects from those that has been cheated, lied to and bilked by them for far too long.

So of course such an indefensible operation of lost luster and vast abandonment. Will proclaim that the vast public owes them something and allege THEY'RE the ones that's been fleeced, mislead, mistreated and misunderstood and it's supposed to everybody else's fault,... get that?

They know they're in deep trouble with the consumer market. Yet they're now tasked with trying to explain a whopping loss of 94,000 subscribers. Which chopped an astounding 11% of projected revenue from their outfit in one Qtr alone. Which to investors, marketers and program advertisers is nothing less than catastrophic.  

Outfits like Time Warner and Comcast have numerous investors that were mass profiting from their racket style practices. Simply because they'd gotten away with it for years and their predatory practices only got worse. So now when the bottom starts falling out of the scheme as a result of mass abandonment of " Former " subscribers.

The shysters are left trying to pitch a product that's vastly losing it's profitability and marketability. So as a last ditch effort they step up the " Fraud Billing " treachery tactics. In an effort to allege that they have millions of dollars in outstanding balances to recoup,.. and CMI is supposed to be their " Collections " division.

Now Time Warner is repetitively running their patent bait and switch ads and commercials on the net and other networks. Trying to lure a new batch of suckers by alleging to be offering some " 6 months " of free services upgrades. That they have a long history of lying about and former subscribers fell for before.

Via that news reporting insight piece I shared. It reveals that Time Warner alone has finally managed to have loss roughly $70 Million dollars or more in a single earnings quarter { 3 months }. That's flat out disaster and there's no way to contort nor sugar coat such a vast abandonment by subscribers as anything less than a terrible product and grossly over priced and over billed.        

The next time you get a call from CMI alleging you owe a past due Time Warner or Comcast debt. You'll now know what it's all about and I'll bet you never received a detailed bill to allege the billing period from Comcast nor Time Warner,.. know why?

That's because they KNOW you DON'T owe them anything. They're forging fraud charges and a bill would be amount and billing cycle specific  Which you could dispute and PROVE you owe them nothing. Which THAT would show, reveal and prove they're billing via fraudulent pretenses. Which would open them up for a massive class action criminal suit.

So to try to avoid that they have " CMI " Call and harass you in a verbal shakedown effort. Which costs a lot more than merely sending a detailed bill. But if they sent a detailed bill that you could refute with financial proof in a court of law they're had then. But phone calls are " Hearsay " unless you're in a state that you can record them and inform them of such.

Why else wouldn't a " Former " provider proclaiming you owe them something. Just do like everybody else and send you a detailed bill reflecting dollar amount and alleged service cycle usage of the " Mysterious " debt?,.. I JUST EXPLAINED HOW THEIR FRAUD BILLING OPERATES !!!

Received calls from this number.  No message left.  Comes up unavailable on caller id.  Annoying and harassing. Am on Do Not Call registry.

STOP THESE FRAUDS

In my working with a host of others who's been targeted for mass attempts of fraud and harassment. As a shared assistance to and for others that's also being targeted. Here's the useful information of the caller ID exchanges to be shared that we've experienced / documented.

NONE of the calls from these nuisance numbers being provided. Were being received until Time Warner Cable Dis-services were either dropped, reduced and or their solicitation attempts / requests were rejected.

they finally stopped calling after a year.  We do not answer 800-855 #'s and we know it was them per
this wonderful website with so many wonderful suggestions.  The idiots kept calling a no-ring, we placed on them on "contact" with a no-ring. We never answered.

Annoy them with your calls and use profanity/swearing etc.   Now we have them on a "blacklist" and yes, that prevents "missed calls status and also annoying ringing and goes to voicemail, since they do not leave a message, we never know if they were calling.  This website is good for your suggestion,

Get calls everyday all through out the day of course I never answer it anymore because the 1st time I did they asked for me and when I said who is calling they hung up, and they never answer when you call it back.  Just wish they would stop, in the middle of the night when your phone rings you assume it's not good and makes me furious that they call me all the time

they called my house number then my cell phone.whoever they are, i don't know.

It is rediculous for me to be getting these calls because comcast/time warner does not serve my area.  I have never had their service.  I don't have any debt, not even a mortgage, so I guess It's just to annoy the hell out of me.  But hey, I mute the ringer as soon I see a number I don't recognize.

I have a Tracfone and have been getting calls from Comcast, We have naver had Comcast.
Now we are getting calls from this number.

They started calling me and I don't owe anyone and my bills are current...it rings twice and then stops.  Weird.

This is a crazy scam.  These criminal are posing as a real attorney Mr Michael Phelps whom I spoke to personally... He is working with the FBI as they are using his identity.  They will claim you have to appear in California at court and if you pay them a settlement agreement for a portion of the debt they will dismiss the "case".  They will also call your relatives and threaten them with liens if this "debt" isn't settled.  These crooks buy old written off debts from collection agencies and they get all your info this way.  They use a paid answering service

i have noticed these scammers using more and more real attorney or agency names.. The legit people are now starting to fight back also.. Lets keep pushing..

I use an app called "Call Control" - add them to the black list and never be bothered by their calls again!
