This is a legitimate phone number from the billing department at Apria health care.

Well, they stopped calling for about 2 months... now they are back at it again.

Robo call about something wrong with my cc.
Called back to help THEM and provided my account #.  That was not enough and she wanted more id info from me.  Wasting MY  time.  Told her to write me a letter to explain THEIR problem. She became very nervous.  Enough ... ...

i understand this number to be a debt collection number, though we have no debt but a balance of $0.00. then the caller asked if i would like to sign up for automatic payments! i said NO! and hung up. this was about a month ago. yesterday a woman called and would not give me, the primary caregiver, household manager, and financial overseer, for my bedridden mother for over two years. she insisted she could only talk to my mother, who does not do financial duties. i now see they have us on a list to call, and will probably call next month.

Oh. This is a scam. The guy said hello like I disturbed him...and then he said who are you calling.  I said well who are you?  He said who are you calling. People this is a scammer that will answer yes I am apria.

So then he hung up on me. So you will be who I ask for. No thank you. The other than transferred me to him wanted Kaiser info , phone number etc.....for a transfer.  This is a scam.

What a fractured English post.  If he hung up on you how could he transfer you?  This is a known number used by Apria.  It is a number used by their customer service department in the Philippines.

A gentleman called me from this number today trying to sell something.  When I told him I wasn't interested and have a very busy day he became super rude, over talked me, said I was missing out, and hung up on me.  I would never treat a phone call to anyone this way.  People like this should NOT be able to make soliciting phone calls.

Well when you consider the phone call is probably illegal to begin with, it would explain the poor customer service.

This number is the Bill Pay extension for Apria Healthcare.  It works just fine!

This is NOT Apria's legitimate number.  It is a scam and has been reported to FBI

The FBI is not interested in your phone calls since there are other Federal Agencies for that.  This is a phone call from Apria's "Customer Service" in the Philippines, most likely for debt collection.  It is one messed up company which is the reason I don't do business with them.

Called number and entered a random birthday and it told me I owed 53.68 and gave option to pay with credit card.  Total scam.  Any birthday to trick you in to thinking its real.   Very poor quality records should have been first clue.

I do have apria and I they keep calling me saying that I owe them money. When I get the physical bills I pay them, since I know what they are owed for a rental of a machine. I tried to pay it all at once but they won't let me and keep on sending me this miniscule monthly bill. However their accounting department must be a month behind, since I don't answer their calls anymore, and can see that my payment actually posted on my account

I can't imagine this is a real Apria number. Philippines in origin or not.  They are insisting I owe some money, the amount changes. I told them I didn't. I paid for the equipment when we set up the delivery. I checked the Apria app. I did have a balance but significantly smaller than the one they are quoting. I paid that balance on the app. Somehow I still owe the other amount according to them. I checked my insurance claims, and nothing adds up to that amount at all. I told them to send me an itemized bill in the mail. And I would assess from there. I was not going to pay anything from a phone call without evidence I owe anything. And at some point they hung up on me. Legit customer service people don't usually just hang up on someone.

now  im  getting  calls from  971-217-9927,   2  and  3  times  daily, and  yes   i   have  a  Apria  account,  but Apria  sends me  a  bill in  mail,  so  this  is  SPAM   And  Medicare  pays  my  bill.
