Other identifying information, such as information you have obtained through personal research on the internet (such as this website) looking up this particular number
You will be asked to click on a box attesting to the accuracy of your complaint: "I declare under penalty of perjury that (1) I am over 18 years old, (2) I am authorized to make decisions regarding the telephone number listed below, and (3) the information I have provided today on this Federal Communications Commission electronic form is, to the best of my knowledge, true and correct."
A submission confirmation is then displayed which you can print for your records

We are on the DNC list; they call anyway.  I finally picked up the phone and told them, "We are on the DNC list. Do not call here again."  The calls stopped for a while, but now they are calling again.  We plan to hunt the rat [***] down and make them pay copious amounts of money.

Got a call from this number. Gentleman said his name was Henry Savage and that he was with American Republic Insurance. Asked to speak to my boss and i asked him to hold. Came back to the phone and he hung up. Tried calling back and got a voicemail saying to leave a message and they will call back. I hung up and continued to call over and over again. Someone would pick up the phone and hang up on me. Do not give any information to this number or say "Yes" to anything.

They called this morning. Didn;t answer, didin;t leave a message. What ever happened to the Do Not Call list? Geesh.

Received a call from 1-972-247-0602 at 12:45pm on 2-23-09 with the P D S listed on caller ID. I answered, this was before I read posting on this site, caller hang up.

this is a place of business the person they are looking for has never worked here. they wont stop calling. please report this number they dont have permission to call..thank you

These guys call 3 or 4 times a day. I either don't answer or just disconnect them.  You would think that after 4 months of this, they would get tired of calling.  Apparently not.  We are on the do not call list also.

I get 4-5 calls a day from them and don't answer.  We are on the do not call list and are a business.

...if you don't answer they will just keep calling. It's an automated system doing the dialing and that will just keep calling you forever unless someone specifically takes you off it.
