For 2 days now I keep getting a call from 972-280-7286, a Correction Facility in Texas. I blocked the number, but somehow they are able to leave a message even though my phone doesn't ring.  I do know know anyone in Texas named Tim, well that's what it sounds like he said his name is.

How can I get this idiot to stop harassing me?!

I actually have some one in jail in Va but why is this Texas number showing it it’s weird

U Actually have to approved ur number to be added to the person call log so I’m not sure how any of this is even happening

I received several calls from this number trying to get me to approve future calls from an inmate in VA. the recorded name showing in voice mail text is He White. When i called the number back i get several different messages first time going to telemarketer.  The number is assigned to a company in TX called Bandwidth.com. I went to their web page and clicked on "Law enforcement" at the bottom of the page which gave a link to "Report a Phone Number" which I did. I tried to call it back after reporting it. The message i get now is, "The number you're calling is not available from your calling area", hopefully this stopped it. Inmates can’t call at 2AM. Their phones are cut off at approximately 11pm

Received call twice today from 1(804) 834-7360 at 2:01pm and 1(972)280-7286 at 6:03pm. I did not answer either time.

I got two calls from this number appearing to be from "Jail/Prison). There is a recording asking for the authorization to allow an inmate to call my number.
