Caller ID was my insurance company. They had an important message for me but I must say 'Yes' and identify myself to get it. I've heard of these scams - DO NOT SAY YES - so I hung up on them. Then they tried to call my cell. They were blocked by my phone's app.

My caller id said that it was spam.  They left a message which I believe identified them as Medicare calling about my prescription and to call 1-877-612-8332.  I looked up the number.  Since I didn't have a prescription I knew it was a scam and never returned the call.

Medicare would not call you they would send a letter.  They also would not be calling about a prescription since that would be up to your Part D provider.

Caller id was my part D insurance co. Voice mail left message for my name (concerning) about a 'prescription'. I called my co directly with real number and they had no idea why I would have been called by them.

I got a VM msg about important info on my prescription.  Caller ID showed 978-622-0589 but the msg asked me to call 877-612-8332.  It asked to verify name and date of birth, and the member ID#.  It is a SCAM!

Received a call from 978-622-0589. An automated message was left claiming to be from Wellcare regarding a prescription and requesting that I call 877-612-8332. This is not Wellcare's number. It is a scam trying to get the caller to answer "Yes" to a question. Beware!

I called back the original number and gave my name and Dob, when they asked for my membership ID I hung up. I hope it's not too late for me. The number is calling from Billerica Ma. 1-(978)622-0589 The number they said to call back was 1-877-612-8332

“WellCare” called to say they had information about a prescription (it’s true I had one in process but seemed to be ‘held up’). So I called and they asked if I was “John” but needed to make sure it was me. They kept trying to get me to say yes to continue…gave my birth date and phone number for verification which seemed reasonable…but when they asked for the id # on my card, I hung up. I figured if this was legit they would have that number already.

I had a Medicare Client call asking me if Wellcare (who I do represent as a broker) would be calling. The SIMPLE answer is NO! It is a Phishing scam!! Pay attention folks! They're spoofing Wellcare to get information out of you for fraud purposes!!

Received a robo call from 978-622-0589 on 4.6.2024 caller ID identified as "Wellcare".  It attempted to get me to say "Yes" several times, then asked for by dob.  I hung up and called Wellcare customer service and they are not open on the weekends.  Blocked the number and will follow up with Wellcare on Monday.

I received a call from 978-622- 0589.  My phone identified it as being from Wellcare, so I answered.   I did answer "yes", but hung up when it asked for my birthdate.

Caller said hello in broken English so I answered Hellew and he asked for my birthdate. When he realized I was mocking his speech he hung up. Never give out any information over phone to an unknown caller.

What can you expect from a chinese pharmacy manufacturing company, in lieu of cheaper Plan D. They are gonna get you some way.
