id said Catarman     they left voice mail saying they were Optium RX    saying they had important message for me about a prescription,   and to call 18558174442,        presuming it is a mail order scam.

Called and I answered the recording knew my name  and said its optium rx about a prescription and then wanted me to give me my date of birth to confirm identity.  I hung up after that knowing they should give me what they think it is opposed to giving up my info.  Pretty sure its a scam

Received call.  Recording states OptumRx.  Asked for me to verify my DOB.  Hung up and called OptumRx.   Was told they had no phone #'s with area code 978.  Nothing showed in their system that they had called me.

they have called 3 times today (4/10/2017) so far. OptumRx. It is a recording asking for my husband. I said no but they keep calling. Never got far enough to have them ask for more. I blocked them, They are calling my cell number.

They just called me. I didn't answer Cause it said CATAMARAN and had no idea. If it is Optimus RX then that is who we have for prescriptions but don't understand where they got our home number. We have always given my cell. We had to change to them on the first of the year and the couple times I have called them, they seem like idiots.

Received a call from this number just now and like the comments here, left a recorded message on my voice mail claiming to be OptumRX.  Said they had important information about my prescription and to contact 1-855-517-4442.  I'm unsure if this is a scam or not;  My insurance does utilize OptumRX, but I think it is only for home delivery, which I do not participate in.

Optum RX #    I was told by OPTIMA HEALTH which they use to call in prescriptions. TO GET A PERSON ----  866-603-7514 , I was told by OPTIMA HEALTH.

ROBO call, ID Says OPTUMRX. Hung up when ROBO asked for DOB, and called the 800 number I have for our OptumRx.
Cust Rep did not know why I received the ROBO call.
If this is an Optum ROBO they need to figure out that most people will not give info to an unknown caller.

Said it was optima and wanted me to call a different number. Tried it, but no answer, hung up after several minutes because I pay for minutes on my phone.  They call almost daily.

I received a computer call from them saying it was Optum RX, which is the insurance carrier for my pharmaceuticals, but when they asked for my date of birth I hung up.  I called Optum RX and reported this to a CSA.  She checked into it and it is a valid subsidiary of Optum and they call if you are scheduled for a prescription but have not picked it up.

Call our number which is a work number but we were out.  When I listen to the message it was a Robo call about information about my medications  The ID was OPTUMRX.  Was instructed to call back on this number; 855-817-4442.  I looked up the company's website and there were no numbers that matched.  This is so frustrating especially when you're trying to run a business. I'm not registered with any service like this.
