I have OptumRX through my job for my prescriptions. I also received a call with a message saying to call back. I ended up calling the number on the back of my prescription card and the operator told me that people have been calling them with the same issue and said that they are going through an issue with someone doing fishing calls to gain personal information. The only reason OptimRX will call is if your doctor need an authorization, of something was changed in your prescription plan.
