Same thing happened to me.  Caller ID showed same # 2 times during the day, but wasn't able to answer call,  Then at 11:15p phone rang & I grabbed it quickly before chkg caller ID so that it wouldn't wake up my husband.  I asked "WHO is this?!!" Middle Eastern accent said he was calling about our Windows program. I hung up. I had already read about the scam phone calls on Kim Komando's web site.  No call back.....yet.

Received a call at 7:20 am (illegal for telemarketers).  Call connected but no one spoke.  Tried to call back and say don't call again but recording says number not in service. Frustrating as our number us on all do not call lists

I just had a call from the same person. He was getting message alerts from my computer and wanted to guide me through the repair.  I called him a scam artist and hung up.

My phone rang at 7:42 am,when I answered the heavy accent Indian gentleman told me that my computer had a virus, he was calling from Window's and I needed to give them a credit card over the phone to fix it fast, I said,first of all its 7:42am and secondly,if I had a virus shouldn't I be calling you? Whats your name and where are you calling from - he hung up.

I have COX phone and Internet. COX is selling the phone numbers and even mailing addresses. I found out, because of an error in my last name and still after 4 year I am getting junk mail with the typo in my last name. I am just wondering if there is a possibility that a caller can access your PC over the phone (like Microsoft techs can do with your permission) without your permission, because the phone and the PC is hooked-up to one modem? Scary!!! I am receiving lots of those calls. I am 65. It's really anoying, especially taking care of my husband (massive stroke). Sometimes I don't understand them and lots of noise in the background. I am always telling them, stop calling me. But they keep on calling day and night.

Called at 6:20 AM.  Told him I was on do not call list and he hung up.

The phone woke us from a sound sleep at approximately 11:45 PM. My husband answered and asked who was calling. I don't know the response but my husband said, "Never call here again!"

A person called at 7:00 AM this morning saying they were from Microsoft and we had a virus on our computer.  It was a person with an East Indian accent and it sounded like a "cube farm" with multiple callers.  This was an obvious Phishing Scam.  I checked my caller ID and called the number back and an automated voice said it was an invalid number.  It was actually an answering machine to throw off the caller.

wtf!!! almost 12am at night and they are still calling. I have played with these people left and right the 2 to 3 months ago. Next time I will go to their web site and do a NSLOOKUP. Then I can really find out where they are/and who they are. Then file a complaint with the FCC!! The numbers they call from are bogus as my own internal PBX/switch checks that. If the company is anywhere in the US, I will give information so that we all can get a lawsuit against them. If not, then I will file multiple complaints to see if this "[***] TELE-SPAM" will stop.

Stick with me people, we might have a class action lawsuit here..

11:23 last night.  Caller had heavy Middle Eastern accent.  Said he was calling from Windows.  Called me by name.  I hung up.

got a call from them said they were 'windows tech support'  told them I don't even have a windows computer and don't call me again then blocked the number

same story as the ones above. called at 1130 twice and tried to get me to turn on my computer so he could remove the viruses.... could barely understand due to eastern indian accent. i would never give out my computer info to someone that randomly called me... apparently they dont realize the time difference. dumb [***]

Received a phone call at 11:27pm (WA).  Phone rang - left no message.

You can get special features on your phone to block numbers and have an unlisted number, but these parasitic morons still get the info. I reported this to Microsoft. I hope that they can take some action against these people since they are using their business as a false front.

I got woke up at 7:11 A.M. from this number going to my answering machine.  Phone rang again at 7:39 A.M. and I answered PISSED OFF!!!!! The man asked for Denise to which I replied, "I live in TX in the US and it is after 7 a.m. this if F****N ILLEGAL!"    He hung up on me, LOL. This is really illegal someone needs to do something about FOREIGN companies calling and soliciting.

I just filled out Form 1088 with the FCC. I sent in photos of my caller ID as proof of the times these people called.

at 10:30 last night, we received a call similar to those above. Man with Indian accent aggresively saying it was about our computer. Afterbeing confronted with the time and more questions about who he was, he hung up. Who do we contact to complain/report this?

5/21/14, 11:37PM Pacific daylight time, received a call from this number and was advised there was a problem with our Windows computer.  The woman had an Asiatic or Indian accent.  Refused to identify herself and hung up.  Our caller ID provided this phone number with a name of V52212073200003.  With a handle like that she must be a real looker.
