I was awakened at 6:25 this holiday morning with a phone call with the caller i.d. Dominic Zombo. I do not answer calls from numbers or people I do not know. Of course, no message was left.

Same bozo's called this morning (Labor Day) at 6:45 - said they were based in Canada...call number same as above:  Zombo D&C...anyway, how do we get these guys the attention they deserve?  Isn't there a hotline number in ME or the US where we can turn these guys in for harassment & scamming?  I tried calling the number back to complain to a supervisor (thinking the call was legit) but no one would answer.

I've reported them.  They call tnwice a day.  Ii usually just ignore then.  Not much else to do.  I can't waste time trying to get them to bug off.

Some entity called Zombi D&C came up on our caller ID 5 minutes ago.  I didn't answer because it looked suspicious.  We've been getting a lot of "anonymous" or "unknown" calls lately - and I'm not answering them, either. If it's so bloody important, they can leave a voicemail message. So far, none have.

I received a call from Terry MacDonald today stating he was from Microsoft Technical Department (the guy had a thick Indian accent and my computer had registered an error report.  He asked if I was the owner of the computer - when I said no he asked for my husband by name.  I told him he had me so he proceeded to tell me about this error message.  I told him that was interesting and he asked me why it was interesting.  I told him he was scamming me.  Of course he tried to deny it.  I told him if he calls again I would report him.  

They called me yesterday and said that they were from Microsoft Windows, and that they
have been getting messages from my computer saying that I have serious virsus.

received a call at 7:10 am this morning saying they were calling about my computer. When I questioned them and asked why they would be calling this early they hung up. The caller was a male with an Indian accent.

The caller claimed to be from Windows and requested access to the household computer.

They call saying it's about our computer and windows application

Recieved a call from this number at 10:39 PM from a woman with an Indian accent, asking to speak to the owner of the computer. I told her no not now. Today I had a problem with a computer in my house. I was able to get onto the internet but could not get to any web sights. I was getting an error as follows:dns_probe_finished_bad_config. I  called my programmer. He said turn off the computer it has a viruse

Despite being on the DNC registry they called me at 10:51pm. Silence for first 10 seconds then a computer said good-bye.

To my answer machine: Said his name and that he was calling from the technical dept. of Windows. He is calling regarding my computer.

Yeah right. It was 8:45PM my time and the caller ID showed TERRY MACDONALD. That was not the name given in the recording.

Called me and said if I owned the computer. Said I didn't have one. Then said do I have a laptop ? I said yes. He then asked where it is. Told him that is in the basement  & haven't used it for years. He persisted to say there getting things coming from my computer. So I asked what's the email associated with the computer? Asked it several times & he hung up. Hope he calls again & I will give him my social security number 123- 45-6789

The caller ID said: Zombo Dominic. This guy had an Indian accent and warned me my computer was infected. He said he was from Microsoft and would have to block my computer ID if I didn't follow his instructions. He gave me what he said is my computer lisence number. I asked for his name and phone. He said Jack and gave a number that didn't match the caller ID. I said I would call my own technician and he hung up.

this number just called me and i answered wondering who was  calling as i was waiting for a new dr appt ..id said it was dominic zombo. yeah the guy on the phone said he was adam but hard to understand..kept telling me some crap about my computer having problems  i said my computer was fine...he said no maam your computer is full of viruse and problems i said its fine..he said no its problems and viruses..i said look you mustve called the wrong number c uz my computer is just fine..he stopped talking and i hung up...when i turned on my laptop to look up the number i couldnt sign on right away..i  had to turn it off and try again..odd since it wasnt on in the first place ..hopefully they werent able to hack it since it wasnt on and not on the internet..so sick of this s@#%^t . as im sure everyone else is...

they said they were calling from some computer place and his name was Adam..told me my computer was in trouble full of viruses and malware..i told them it was fine and he told me no it wasnt..i said again it was fine..he said no maam its got alot of viruses and problems..until i told him he called the wrong number mine was fine he kept repeating himself..

Today the call sounded like it was from India... lousy delays. From "Microsoft Technical Department" about my computer. Yeah right. Phishing scam. Gotta be. When I told them "That sounds incredibly unlikely, I don't believe you." They hung up.

An unknown female voice disguising her voice asking about the computer.  I told her that we don't need anything.  Then, the unknown female disguising her voice hung up.
