Fake payday loan collection scams - Please list new numbers here.

Here yet another number they're calling from... 1-213-986-5403... which is from the Los Angeles, CA. area.  When reporting them to authorities, make sure you list EVERY phone number you have and from this blog site.  "Web of connectivity".

I am receiving threatening e-mails from this person.  he has my ssn and claims i have a payday loan.  I got a payday loan but not from this company and yes the total amount I would ove is $5468.89.  His letters are very threatening.  I don't know what to do

The person sending these e-mails is stephen berman who is claiming he will granish my wages, contact my employer.  He is not sending me any proof that this company ever loaned me any money.  IF he is at some point able to prove that I received money, it is a different story.   the company he says he is from ezpayday.net I am unable to find and have e-mailed several companies with similar names and they have no record of me having any accounts with him.  He is a bully.

I just e-mailed him to send me proof that money was deposited as well as the checking account it was deposited into.  He says he is not allowed to disclose that information and still wants me to send him money.  If this was legitimate, why would he not send me proof?

Shawn Smith just contacted me on 6/7/11 I thought these stupid calls would stop.  I have contacted Homeland Security, All 3 credit bureaus and started logging all phone calls since, the last call on 10/14/10 a Dan Martin.  They are in India  just let them know you are reporting them for attempted extortion.  Kathy file a police report and show this to your boss.  They have called my work many times.  My boss has repeatedly asked them to stop.  They know I have no control of these people they are a thorn in my side.  I showed my boss the police report, the web pages, and the homeland secureity report.  They no longer answer there calls it usely shows up 0000000.

I just got another txt on my cell phone wanting to lend me money . I keep txting back NO !!!!!!!! . But the [***] keep txting back . The number they use is 818-312-8331.When i try to call their voice mail says , not set up to take calls yet .

I just revieved another call from someone who says their name was Max Morris from Oakview Law Office. I asked for the address and they said that they were located at 5561 Golden West Ave., Fullerton, CA. They have called my place of employment and requested to speak with me there. They have left messages for me saying they have legal matters to discuss, which really makes a person look bad when the secretary of the company you work for gives you a message like that. They are threatening that I am going to have a sheriff show up tomorrow morning by 11:00am to take me to jail and I need to pay $8000 in fines for taking out a payday loan. They have my personal information, they knew my husband's name, my mailing address. Every response I had got me nowhere they just kept threatening that I was going to jail tomorrow and that papers would be issued to my employer and my home address. How can these people get away with scaring someone like that. If they sacred the wrong person telling them they had to pay $8000 or go to jail, someone just may pay it out of fear. I tried to look at Oakview Law offices and had no luck finding such a firm. What can I do to stop their calling and harrassing?

The phone number that appeared on my caller ID when they called was 714-441-8689.

I've been getting these calls for 6 monts.  Let me tell you that the scammers in India can use unlimited numbers and even number spoofers to make it look like they are calling from legit places.  These calls will likely never end because it is impossible for our fbi to stop this kind of scam from India.  Think about it, there are a billion people over there, almost no laws, and they are probably working in tiny offices of 10 people.  Dig in because the calls will keep coming.  Fighting with the callers or making threats will just end that call, but they will call back.  The only way to stop them is if nobody falls for the scam and they don't make enough money to keep going.  NEVER PAY THEM A DIME.  They will just keep calling if you do.  I would never send anybody any money without proof, plus I would be suspicious right away of sombody with a thick Indian accent and american name.  The best you can do when they call is say you know it's a scam, that may stop the calls for a week or two.

i keep getting the same calls now there calling my job i dont know what to do

Yeah they keep calling my job for me too.Trying to get me to pay this supposedly unpaid amount of money. Today his name is Eric Gardner (lol!) with VERY POOR ENGLISH speech.Anyway today he is with USS1 and I am to call him back at 1-866-812-2623. Last time he was James Brown these folks are LAME! Somebody needs to stop the mess now!

I am a victim of this scam they call me 100  times a day saying I owe them money and that they are going to arrest me for internet fraud can you believe that. This scammer already had my social security number and my address so GOD only knows what they have already done with my information. I do not even know who and where they are calling from at first they said from the attorney generals office in Florida then they said from Cash Network payday advance I have no idea who these people are and have never received a cash advance from them. I am angry and I do not know what to do about this problem because it is know telling what thay have opened up in my name and what kind of access they have to my bank account. Please help any suggestions.

I received a call ... supposedly from The Law Office of PCF "aka" USA Department of Legal Compliance on behalf of Cash Advance???? They called from 314-450-1189...sounded like an Indian person but identified himself as Clarence Taylor ??? Dude, they said that I signed something online along with references with people that I talk to over phone. . . They asked me to contact cash advance to see what i can settle with...the number they gave me 347-474-7041 ...So i called, and the same or another Indian person answered and said "Law Office" ..I mean come on /// they would have their own system or something right...Idiot gave me a reference number and wanted to settle an amount...DIDN'T!!!
