Fake payday loan collection scams - Please list new numbers here.

Received the same email.  I'm not even going to dignify it with a response.  There is no relevant information.

Add 904-410-5217 Sr Officer Ricky Watson (with Indian accent) just called here (I am the employer) advising us that US Marshalls were coming Friday to arrest one of our staff on bank fraud charges. He hung up on me when I asked for him by name while refusing to identify myself.

I STARTED GETTING CALLS LAST YEAR FROM (281) 581-7200 .THEY STOPPED CALLING FOR A LONG TIME AND JUST STARTED BACK AGAIN YESTERDAY 6 a.m. UNTIL THE AFTERNOON.I TOLD THEM TO SEND A LETTER IN WRITING.I TRACED THE NUMBER TO A TEXAS LANDLINE LOCATION.I'M GETTING MY NUMBER CHANGED.THEIR NAMES ARE:SHAWN JOSEPH AND FRANK O.

I recieved yet another call from this "company" today from yet another number I didn't recognize.  This started sometime last year and they haven't given up on harassing me yet.  I did speak to someone the first or second time they called.  I got extremely irate and then he went on and regergitated alot of my personal information which threw me off.  I did request that everything he said be sent to me in writing.  He basically said there was no time for that. Since then I have not answered any of the phone calls and who ever calls leaves the SAME message again and again.  I am to the point now where I don't bother to listen to them.  I do have them saved though.
Today's call was from 760-300-4019.  Last time they called, the number didn't show up on my called id it just shows 0000 which happens more often than not.  But the last message they left they provided 818-659-5863 which I soon found out that it belonged to these scammers.
This is beyond frustrating.

They have my work numbers, home numbers, cell numebrs, I have been ripped off $295.00 today that we the remainder of my rent. I have more numbers I will post later... CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME??? I am reporting to the FBI here today.....

turn them in to the better business beuaru. donot answer your phone anymore. tell your bank whats going on so they can set up alerts about these people. Finally,if they do get your bank name then you need to close your account and open a new one. Never give your account numbers to anyone or social security numbers.

These are the number from just today!!!! I am speaking with an agent this afternoon about our situation....

They are calling my family my home and my work, same thing saying I will be arrested, I am sick of this and would like to no what Ican do to get this to  stop ASAP.

i got same call scared me to death then i read some of this and when they called back i told them i had called police and they hung up and the second call i told him i had recorded him and he said he didnt give his permission for me to do that and i said so the [***] what and hung and have not had a call since

Also claimed to be law offices of Attorney James Morgan?

Thanks for the information never thought about them coming on this site and posting false information but they really probabrly are doing that.

They have this ad on Craiglist looking for collectors, when I called this person in the ad he answered hello, a legit business does not answer like that.  Also tell me what collection agency do you know that is really closed on the weekends..........

It seems we have had one of our numbers hijacked by these folks.  We are getting a ton of calls asking us to take people off our calling list and we don't have any telemarketing programs in place.  Please note that calls from 630-657-1852 are not coming from us.

2097804537...... They threatened to call my job. Told me to come tocourt. Guys name was elvin. He said he worked for morgan law firm. Lol. He told me I was a criminal.

phone # that called my husbands work 559-869-4053, I called him back let him know our attorney will contact him and that my husband is a cop(he really is) and the guy immediately hung up on me. These people piss me off!
