Its fake.  Its a scam.  The details are in posts near the top and middle of this page.

I have received a message that i have won myself 300,000  uk pounds but am really doubting that because the person is asking me to send post fee of 365 pounds how genuine is is and they are using the nokia logo

Its fake.  There is no lottery or promo or whatever the scammer wants to call it.

The scammer will take ylur 365 pounds and vanish.  

Delete the message.
