Fake payday loan collection scams - Please list new numbers here [2]

One of the Collectors who goes by Mike is  : JASON SAMER ,  HIS CELL IS 716-715-8368.. He called from a blocked number on his CELL..lol... and I called At&T who was able to tell me the last number who called.  How smart are these people.

I was just scammed for 350.00 and 7.00 from fake payday loan collectors.  When I called my bank it shows up as Integrity Management Group.  They sent me a fake SIF letter and the numbers they called me from is 513-330-9553 & 972-232-9099.  They threaten me with felony charges and an arrest warrant.  They also had all my personal information.  First, they said they were call the Corperate Office.. Then sent emailed me this letter from a gmail email accout.. and it stated there were apart of Check Services with a bogus address

Is my bank going to return my monies?

I've got another number although I'm not sure if this is a Pay Day Loan Scam or a 'lower the interest rates on your credit card' scam because they hung up without leaving a message:  970-220-1771.

i to have received threatening calls from this same person. they have  even called  me at work threatening to tell my boss. i have explained to him about this situation . they finally told him i no longer work there.  when called the #  back the person  who answered gave  me  gave me a different name. when i asked to speak  to david carter or a jeff carter as he has used this name also, the  pwerson who answered the phone said oh this is him. i said oh thats not what u just said your name was can't u remember who u are. i had already looked up thier number on 800 notes  and had thier bogus info. i informed him of this and was called atty generals office and homeland security  they quickly hung up.  called them right back and said how do u like to be harssed now not so fun is it  u [***], then they hung up.  someone called me back saying u called me a [***] said thats right learn to speak english then hung up. lol haven't heard back.

Got a call from guy stating he was the investigating officer of a fraud case for a pay cash loan I never took out I started asking him questions because he wasn't making sense.  He had a very heavy Indian ancient.  I asked him if I could speak to someone American and who could speak better English.  This really mad him mad.  He never put someone else on the line.  He stated he was from a Law Firm.  But you could hear phones and electronics in the background.  It sounded like I was on a speaker phone or being recorded.  I asked him for a address to his office and if I could speak with his supervisor.  He got very angry.  He finally gave me the address to a law firm.  So I googled the address and then called because the address that he gave had a different number from which he called I asked to speak with this person.  The person then proceeded to tell me that it was a scam that the scammers have been giving out the address to their law firm and at least 4 persons had already called that day for the same reason as I.  She told me to contact my local FBI agency and police department to file a report.  And to be very careful with these scammers because they are very cruel and nasty with their threats.

ya if he really was a  good lawyer then what the heck is he doing on this website.what a dirt bag.

My husband got a call from an 877-251-5639 from a guy William Diaz and he claims he is from a Bernsteen Ross Law, well that is what he told our friend that he contacted and our daughter in laws parents but then when my husband talked to him he didn't say a name of a business. When he left a message on my phone he just says his name and he is from Bernsteen. He also states that my husband has been officially notified about a bad check and that he wishes him luck if he doesn't take care of this matter. They said that has to pay over $2000 or they will charge him with a felony for writing a bad check.  When contacting them they want credit card info or checking account info. When we asked for them to send us information on proof of this debt to my email on Dec 27 the have yet to do so, but they sure did call and leave another message that if he doesn't choose to take care of this matter voluntarily all they can do is wish him luck.  Has anyone else gotten a call from this particular person or phone number?

It looks like the scams have stopped for some reason. No more working phone numbers and very few compalints!

They called my previous employer and left them information.  Jarvis and Cohen is going down.

I got the same call from 314-561-8014. The guys name was Andrew Coffee. Says that I owe an old payday loan from a Cardinal Management. I asked to see documentation. I wanted the contact information for this Cardinal Management. He could not provide me either. Just wanted to send me a payment schedule to pay them. I told him I do not even know who you are and I am not going to sign anything to you. When I asked the name of his Co. he said they were called Francis Edward & Associates. I googled the phone number and they are just a collection agency. Not a law firm as he reprsented himself. He then proceeded to call me at work threatening to talk with my supervisor and human resources saying he needed to file a report with my employer. BULL! These are illegal practices. They can not call you at work if you tell them not too. And no one can garnished your wages without a court order. Stand up to these people and be the bully they are being. You do not have to put up with this. IT IS ILLEGAL!  Tell them that you know your rights and that you are reporting them to the Better Busines Bureu & The Federal Trade Commsion.

I almost fell for this scam a few months ago! Thankfully I found out it was fraudulent before actually sending them money! So now if I get calls from any of them, I call them back ad pretend to be a lawyer or something. One time, some Indian dude starting going off on me on the phone because I called them out on there bull! He was talking about my mom and my sister and tried threatening me! Hahaha, couldn't help but laugh because I could barely understand what this fool was sayingto me! Call them back and have fun with them!

I'm tired of getting crap calls like this, so I was considering buying some blocking device. I had one a few years ago that made a noise that supposedly would electronically "take me off the list" to the calling computer (yes, these idiots use computers to dial a dozen people at once, then only talk to those that answer quickly--hence the dead line when you answer). Someone on another forum listed this website as a possibility:  Digitone call blockers. You need to have Caller ID for it to work. Google for it.

I have been getting calls from all these people after ONE inquiry on a payday loan that I did NOT get. The first calls started out as people saying "I see that you have more than 2 payday loans" I would say no, I don't I don;t have any they would go on how yes I do and I would say no and hang up. Finally they ceased calling. Now, I am getting these calls from this guy thick indian accent with an american name of course and you can tell the call is wired through a fake number because you can barely understand over the horrible connection. Every time he calls I say stop calling so finally yesterday he says would you like to talk to the supervisor, I said sure. So Edward Marshall gets on the phone (I am telling you it was the same guy that I started talking to) He said We have 3 counts against you felony counts for fraud and I couldn't understand the other 2. I said for what he said you got a pay day loan through Cashadvance. I said no I don't he said yes you do, your SSN is blah blah blah, your email is blah blah blah your checking account number is blah blah blah and you received a loan in that checking account and have not paid it back. So I said  I never got a payday loan, he argued that I did, I said no. Finally I said, I tell you what, go ahead and serve me with the warrants for my arrest because I will sue you for all you are worth. Then he goes on and says how he is my friend and trying to help me. I called him an [***] and he said I was being abusive and I could add that to my list of charges now. I said stop calling my phone. He said I will not stop calling, I will call and call and call, I will call your manager (I am my own manager, self employeed) So I said go ahead and call. he hung up. my work phone rang, guess who? Yup Ed Marshall, I told him to hold on a second and grabbed my neighbor which is a local police officer, He got on the phone with him so hopefully that will make those calls cease.
