Fake payday loan collection scams - Please list new numbers here [2]

the number that called me today was 631-419-8050 he has called me before with the same story we owe money to a pay day load ( that we didnt have  never got)  that we was going to jail if we didnt send him money  its a shame that the government  cant or wont do something about this also glad that i knew enough to look it up on the computer and figure out it was a scam

Okay, first off, that wire money to a Wal-Mart card is a scam. It usually comes from stolen credit cards and most banks will screw you by saying you accepted the funds and now you are responsible for paying everything back. Second, talk to the local police. They probably can't help but they would be able to tell you what information you need to make a case and who would be able and willing to prosecute. And last but not least, be careful. Sounds like he is trying to scam you while trying to use you.

There is a woman calling from 904-853-6188 regarding a supposed overdue payday loan. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY!!! She is requesting money be sent via Western Union and threatens to start legal action and also is targeting military members. This is a SCAM!!! Alias include Palmer Allgood, Cohen Lairsey, and Carol Longbottom. BE SAFE!

here are the numbers they are calling me on 347-380-8985 from Kevin Black, 786-275-5079 from Scott Snyder from Anderson Law Firm, and 845-760-0920 from Kevin Watson. All three have the same acsent and all three say i owe money for loan and that i am being sued. If i do not pay i will be taken to court along with my employer and references. They are rude and i can barley understand what they are saying. I called one out for being a scam and i got cussed out. Here are some other numbers but these one are weirde and definitly not american. ANd yes the first couple are only 1 to 4 digits at the most that how they showed up on my called ID : +91 97-68-7258, 8, 108, and the next numbers are only 6 numbers: 619-200-027, 619-207-019,619-200-000. I hope this will put some of you at ease. These guys are scam freaks trying to get our money because we are Americans. They think we are Rich

I told them we got Osama and Khadafy and you people are being reported to Military/NATO forces.  Never called backed/  Itold them they are funding money/made Homeland Security aware.

I record everything and I want to catch this guy. I am being careful and I will not touch any money that could land me in big trouble. The new troubling thing I found out is that this is happening in Pakistan as well. This other scammer I talked to from Pakistan who tried to scam me is using the info he has on people to open bank accounts and also get green dot money cards.

He supplies peoples info to his contacts in the USA to cover their true identity. When a bank account is open the card and checkbook are sent to what ever address his contact gives him. The card has someone's name who has no idea that their info is being used. The scam artist then deposits money into the account and the contact takes the money off takes 25% and wires the rest to the scammer. This is very disturbing to me because they have my info and someone could be running this scam. This scammer seems to prefer Bank of America for some reason I am not sure why.

Got a call from 231-407-3231 National Judgement Execution stating I owed a pay day loan to Blair Factory Cross & point from 2003. They stated the company had been trying to settle with me since 2008. When I started questioning them about the company such as address, phone number, account number......they stated they had very limited info and could not give me any more than that I owed it and if I did not pay it I would be charged with felony fraud. But when I asked them if the company would still take the settlement, they all the sudden had a numver to call them. Also this number is a cell phone number based in Texas. There is no such company as Blair Factory Cross & Point.

Sorry, correction on the number it is 281-407-3231. It is a cell phone based out of texas.

This sob could barely speak english calls me today Oct. 21, 2011 from 518-935-2828 tells me I have some kind of loan that was deposited in my account which I never recieved and he was calling me to inform me that I was to be in court Monday on 3 charges. I asked what bank what loan he said he coudn't give me that info but proceeded to tell me the only way I could avoid going to court was to send money today. I told him I didn't have any money I am a single mother of 3 and I didn't recieve any loan. He tells me my email and last 4 ss and my old employer. he said i will give you some time to try and come up with it. At least 500 supposely owed 5000 sumthing. Any way a little while later he calls from a 11 digit number can't call back 591-501-49745  and ask me what i was going to do I told him i didn't know i don't have any money he said that he was trying to help me and if i didn't send the money the judge would have my kids in some family care service and they would be taken care of well that done it i told him to go [***] his self I know my rights and I know that no court is gonna have them call me today and me in court on monday.518-935-2828 or856-901-43166

If the caller was within US borders, she should certainly have considered her caller's offer .... considered it grounds for a summons. That would not be a REQUEST, it would be a DEMAND for thousands in statutory and actual damages. Making smutty remarks while collecting a false debt is not a joke; it compounds the lawbreaking.

You do not have to get their calls to call and harass them.  :)

This is just another scam originating out of India.  I fell for it once.  Reported it to the police, FBI, Attorney General of my state and the FTC.  Each of them told me these calls were scams either to shake the person down for money or trick them out of their personal information.  Do not answer the phone if you do not recognize the number.  Report them to the agencies listed above.  These people are pond scum and it's not worth it to engage them.  My suggestion would be, if you decide to answer the phone, blow an air horn in their ear!!!

When they call just record it and post it on your own YOU-Tube channel or a friends........Expose them, then tell them where to go listen to their bullcrap......tell them you are informing everyone that they are criminals and they should NEVER give them a dime.  They will stop calling.

I did this and they left me alone........Just expose them and let them know you KNOW they are full of fullcrap and they will move on to the next person they think they can sucker........

They are lazy shiftless, criminals that don't want to work but hide behind technology and con hardworking people out of their money, also these PAYDAY loan lenders are no better, they sell your information to the criminals......I got a loan with ACE Cash paid it back on time and with a substantial amount of interest, and instead of rewarding me for being a great customer they sell out all my information to these crooks...I had to change my bank account so the criminals would not wipe me out.
Don't ever get a payday loan especially online.........they are predatory lenders that sell your information to these overseas scam artist.

I have been recieving phone calls recently from these indian guys.  LLC law firm, sam parker is what he is going by.  I have two 516 numbers he was calling from that he has now disconnected because iv harassed him soo much.  If anyone has any working numbers from this dude let me know
