won 2.5 million dollar scam

i got the call that i won 2.5 mill some wal-mart shopping spree and a 2013 mercedes!! yea right. im still in the process of messin with him! i wonder how many times he'll postpone my winnings??!!! and what is it with the name "John"??

I just got an email saying that I won 2.5 Million !!!
[***] !!! I really wish that this was Real and not some bull-scam.
It didn't go into detail but directed me to an email address !!!
I am always getting some Crazy email about my being given money from ppl I don't even know !!!
Or that there is money overseas that is being held and all I have to do is pay a release fee !!! Or women from some far off land looking for somebody to rescue them from mission !!! Amazing, how do they get my email to even send me this crap ???

That was the accent I got too, or middle eastern, very overdone, and this time he claimed to be an Albert Pike.,

Hi. I just got a call yesterday morning saying I have won a 2.5 million dollar check, 81,00 cash, and a 2013 red Mercedes with my name printed on the seats. Wow! It was from an 876 number. I asked him a few times to stop calling me, and he started texting as well as calling. He was texting stuff like I want to meet you honey, and on the phone he was always calling me "sweetheart", like he knew me or something. Really creeped me out. Very heavy Jamaican accent and he said his name was Michael Walker. I was supposed to go to moneygram and send out 400 dollars to get something I "won"?! Today, I asked him to prove the whole thing was real. He got kind of angry and then kept calling me! This guy said he wanted me to find him, cuz he wanted to f*#! Me. I had to change my cell number! What the hell is wrong with people?! Did this happen to anyone else?

Similar has happened to a lot of people.  They are all over this site.

They started callin me monday they actually called at 11pm from an 876 # said I won 2.5 million dollars I would get a one million dollar check and 500k in three silver brief cases.. then said I have to wirevthem 350 to cover cost because irs pays 97% of it and I have to pay the rest I stated why done you pay because its a proze to me I shouldn't have to pay anything! I said I wanted to c somerhing I jis can't go off by what you are telling me. I highly doubt they are gna call back.. I believed it at first untill the sed I had to pay money for recieving a proze yea right! !!!

Same calls. Except we are a business ! Without fail every morning between 7:30 - 8:00 am. He will not give up uses a different name with each call & has used profanity. This morning when he called I could hear a rooster in the back ground ?? Is he on a farm in middle east somewhere ?? So annoying cant get rid of him !!!

we had something similar to this happen. We were called the numbers claiming that we had won a 2.5 million dollar prizebut we had to get a $300 green dot card from Walmart CVS or Rite Aid. They called all week from 10 to 6 with the same voice but different names.they use two different numbers one was  8765712121 and 6467199132. I live in Dexter Maine and I didn't believe that I could win 2.5 million dollarsI believe in order to win something you don't have to buy thingsyou shouldn't have to purchase.so please don't be fooled by these idiots.its a scam!!

Yea that 876 # is a joke. "John Felix" and his horrible accent can sit on a spiked bat "okay" ( as he likes to say after every sentence, okay) lol

I'm soooo excited.  I don't know why y'all are so upset.  I won 2.5 million dollars the this week.  The man explained that I was put in a senior citizen drawing and won.  Too bad I'm only 33.  So i was bummed I didn't get that money.  But luckily I got called the next day and won 8.5 million dollars and a Mercedes.  I couldn't believe my luck.  And i only have to purchase 3 $500 gift cards from walmart and give them the numbers.  What a deal!!!  
I messed with the first guy enough to get him to hang up.  The second guy wouldn't quit though.  Number was a Jamaican number but he swore he was from Las Vegas.  They are so idiotic.  I can't believe people actually fall for this.  Anytime someone calls you out of the blue, you can't understand them because of a very thick accent, and they offer you a huge amount of money and use the phrase "all you have to do is..." you know it's a scam.

People do fall for it so the scam perpetuates.  GREED is a major factor as is "something for nothing".

Wonder what would happen if you gave them a bogus green dot number?   Learn the basic format and then make something up.     I'd love to get them arrested on the other end for using a fraudulent number.

yea I got a call and I told the caller I would give him a gift of a half of mil. if he would come up with the money for the taxes, also I asked him how much money he made in a year. they cant stand this. also I was given a chose of color I wanted on my new car. Scam !!!!   he said he would come to my house with a package and then we would go to my bank with the money I was going to win. the green scratch money pack. has a number they want. I told him to meet me at walmart and he could go get the green pack then he could lay in down on the ground and I would pick it up and give him the number off of it at this point I would be rolling in doe and his dreams would come true as well.   ooooo no he didn't want to do this ....Scam !!  he ask for my cell number ..  I told him meet me at walmart i'll be the big blonde with the pit bull cant wait to see you.  never saw him !!!
