The end game is to get as much of your money as they can.  If you send $10, you're marked as a sucker, and they'll try to work you up to larger amounts.  "Janet" would soon need $100 for something, and if you're dumb enough to send that, she'll soon need $500 for something else. And she'll be SO grateful, and really hoping to meet you, and . . . you get the idea.  Some people are very susceptible to believing (or maybe desperately want to believe) that somebody else cares about them.  (Works in elections, too...)

Well it looks like you want to get scammed again.  First, the post you replied to was made in 2013, 5 years ago.  I really don't think they are suddenly going to stop back to reply to you.  Second, the email was removed by the administrators of this site because it is a scam email and that post was made by the same type of people the scammed you to begin with.  Lick your wounds and chalk this up to experience.  You will never, ever see that money again.

A Few Questions And Practical Advice

    Questions
Why are you replying to a post from five years ago?  Was the post you replied that of your own?  If so, why did you wait this to long to post again?

    Advice
No one here really knows who Dr. Goodluck is outside of it being very likely of that name being fake.  One should note the irony of that name which is exactly what you need as you fell victim to their scam assuming for the moment you are not a troll seeking attention.  If it looks too good to be true then it probably is.  The best advice is to chalk it up to experience as Big A suggested.  For now on do not respond to a suspicious email, delete that email after reporting it, mark it as junk and never click on any link.  Pick yourself up, learn from this mistake and move on with life.  You will never see that money again.  Play it safe, be smart and don’t fall victim to another scam!
