I started saving the telemarketers' numbers in my home phone's 'phonebook' and I edited each of their names to be ZZZ and assigned No Ring to each one.  ZZZ will make them appear at the very end of your list of names in your phone book so you're not scrolling through all of them to find a number of a friend of family member.

For some reason I bet you are the owner of one of the scam companies that feels like they have the right to do whatever they want to do with a telephone. It is an outrage. I am so sick of telemarketers calling and scamming me and doing whatever they feel like they want to do. they do not obey the Do Not Call Registry they do whatever they choose to do and call whoever they choose to call at any hour of the day that choose to call. Scam artists, scamming, others out of their money.

That is why you get the phone number to the piece of [***] telemarketing company especially if it's a 1 800 number that you can call fro free from a pay phone. THEN when some loser telemarketer answers the phone you blow your whistle in their friggin ear! This works great for bill collectors too,especially student loan ones. Totally anonymous!

It would really be a shame if someone were to get charges put on them by law enforcement because somebody else doing their job ( basically begging for money) called their phone number and the person blew a whistle in their ear. Pretty pathetic because like myself I work at night. When I come home to rest or go to bed, you people are constantly ringing my phone. Now, I didn't call you when you were resting so why would you think I would be so damn happy if you are calling and disturbing my rest?  When you try to explain to them that you are sleep, just got off from work, they continue to still talk as though you have said nothing. People calling for charities, people trying to sale you this and that, people during phone surveys and last but far from least people trying to get rich from hunting you down to pay old debts ( that should of been washed away) need whistles and more blowed on their ears.  There is no excuse for you callers to be calling people as often as you do; no excuse at all. And remember callers, you pick the job the job did not pick you.

Two wrongs don't make a right? Who's trying to make a right? I'm not Batman, I just want to hurt these people, and with my whistle, I can.

Anyone who shows up at my residence, on behalf of a telemarketer that I've blown a whistle on, will exit my property in a bag. No exceptions.

Another way to retaliate, besides blowing a whistle, is just to answer, and lay the phone down. Wait for the noise indicating they've hung up, press redial, rinse and repeat.

Hello. I am working currently as a telemarketer. I would take any other job in the world. I have applied to MacDonalds, Cleaning services, everything else. I'd rather shovel [***] in Sahara. I didn't even want this job. They called me. I have to do something to pay my rent and supply for my kid.

I have no idea how many people have called you, I just pick next number from the list. my boss is telling me that I get fired if I'm not pesterious enough and strangers blow whistles to my ear like I'm not even a human and it's just a funny joke. Think about it. What if you were in my situation. Completely broke with no other job having a small kid. What would you do? Steal? At least I'm doing an honest job even pesterous. Please don't give me a permanent hearing disability. I have enough hard time already.

Being a telemarketer has risks. I know it's hard to find a job, but in my opinion you are trying to garner sympathy where there isn't any to be found!

I am sorry to hear of your employment problems.  Yes, the job field  is tough out there and raising  a child makes life much  tougher.          I question one statement - "I'm doing an honest job".      Since you didn't state your product, it is very difficult to make a judgment on that statement.  More information would be nice to have.

Working for an operation that violates the law is not an honest job.  Besides you took this job and only have yourself to blame for its consequences.

Agreed. She pretty much admits her group violates the law so she has NO right to claim it's an 'honest' job!
