CallerId4U, Inc. - Millions of Illegal Telemarketing Calls
- JD| 1 reply*****************************************************************
Please take a moment to lobby Washington State regulators and law enforcement via Facebook: encourage them to take action against CallerId4U, Inc., which is a public utility registered in Washington.
Tell them that you're tired of being harassed by illegal calls from CallerId4U, Inc. phone numbers involving "card services," "home security" and "virus removal service."

***************************************************************** - LIAM replies to JD| 2 repliesIf you post a fax number where I can send the documents, certainly I will send you proof. Because I also receive the prank calls, I did my homework and can identify the scum calling folks and threatening folks at many numbers. Dollar Phone is not Eitan KImelman's only scam company. Try Teleport Communications. Try Broadwing Communications. Try Century LInk Communications. Try Qwest Communications. Try Bell South Communications. There are many more.
I wish we could communicate directly in the event that you can help many people get their money back and win $500.00 per prank in small claims court. I know that I can win as I have more than enough proof. - Liam replies to JD| 1 replyThe letter from Luis Martinez is not proof he or maduno are real owners of that company. Eitan KImelman is the owner of callerID4U.
- JD replies to LiamPlease any information and documents you have concerning CallerId4U in a comment to this blog:

I'm interested in substantiating your claim that this individual has a role in CallerId4U, as they are not listed in any corporate or regulatory filings.
Please try to be very specific in your claims and cite the sources for your information or provide copies of documents to back them up.
The reason I have targeted Pacific Telecom and CallerId4U is because of specific documents and other tangible records that I feel provide definitive evidence that they are knowingly breaking Federal and State laws concerning telemarketing.
I'm not sure how familiar you are with how the North American phone system works, but the other telecommunications companies you list are large publicly traded companies and the only association they have with these calls, if any, is through interconnection agreements. - JD| 2 repliesClass action lawsuit filed against Pacific Telecom Communications Group for "robocalls" made in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
CallerId4U, Inc. operates the same scheme as Pacific Telecom, whereby they partner with telemarketers and share in the revenue generated from these robocalls.

Post your evidence that someone other than Paul Muduno and Luis Martinez owns and is responsible for CallerID4U. There is aboslutely no evidence that this is true. You want JD to post a fax number on a website? Are you naive, uneducated or mental? Any fax number posted would be no good within days due to being bombarded by the very people that this blog is talking about. Maduno and Martinez are listed in public documents. Therefore, these are the people that can be criminally prosecuted or named in a civil lawsuit and served, either personally or through their agent for service of process. You indicate there is some "secret" ownership by someone else, this is complete conjecture and useless information without evidence. So let's see your super-secret proof. What is your reason for not simply posting it? You can make all the baseless assertions that you like, but all you are doing is clouding the issue. - Put up, or Shut UpBTW: I secretly own the Statue of Liberty. Don't tell anybody.
- MikeI received a call from a company talking about a Class Action lawsuit from 253-236-2030. Does anyone know the how to get in touch with CallerId4U's legal department as well as the company behind the actual call? I would like to offer them a settlement before I take them to small claims court.
- takeaction replies to JDAlthough I posted this elsewhere it bears repeating here as an acknowledgement of the service he is providing and to further urge you to take action with any and every public official be it FTC, Congress, AttorneyGeneral State and Federal, newspapers, Internet, social media; because you see the "successes" that the FTC trumpets doesn't mean that the one million complaints they have are doing anything more than collecting dust. Fortunately, a law firm is bringing a class action suit against one of the worst offenders but that won't stop him from again going offshore to Belize or Panama. His many family members in the business will continue to enjoy the abundant fruits of his labor while you block numbers on your phone, yell, scream, enter fake fax noises, get spoofed caller ID, get messages that the FBI...,get energy savings calls, on and on...
I am extremely careful about drawing attention to another site while participating on a legitimate blog/website such as 800notes. However, let me state at the outset I am in the legal field, my firm collectively has logged thousands of hours on the Internet, I am not looking for business and I don't know the owner/operator of the site I will mention. I have checked him out, the amount of time that he/they have put into their work must be significant and they are providing a real public service.
The operator is "JD" on this site and the address is-
http://telemarketerspam.wordpress.com
The only thing that will get your public servants to take action is when you contact them. They are risk aversive, have their own agenda, may be bought and sold by lobbyists, see no up side to tackling powerful adversaries, looking to work in the very industry that is the abuser but they cannot avoid the creation of or the enlargement of a record of public abuse. This is especially true when more than one agency is contacted and for that matter when a "cc" shows copies going to other agencies, the media or your dog- they can't ignore your contact-but don't just send a complaint and assume your work is done-you have to paper them "to death"
Unfortunately, that's the way it is today. That is how these companies are able to flourish. While you talk about dog whistles, yelling, blocking-they're moving to Belize, opening new shell corporations, flaunting the holes in the law and probably having a beer and reading the complaints on the Internet with amusement. A federal subpoena goes a long way towards wrecking their day. Look at that site, and open your eyes; we are under attack by a menace that is far larger and more sophisticated than you imagined. Take action now. Finally, if you don't think your activities on Facebook, AOL, and the rest of the Internet is not tied into this, too then you are mistaken. - More Info.I note that CallerID4u has a DBA of "33 Wireless" for many of its phone numbers. There is an expired FCC ULS indicating Luis Martinez as the filer with a Los Angeles address. You can see it here:
http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/license.jsp?licKey=1988816 - And More Info. Here is another FCC form with both Steve Hamilton and Luis Martinez on it. Strong connection between Pacific Telecom Communications Group and CallerID4U despite their protestations to the contrary...I have also noticed an uptick in press releases and blog postings by CallerID4U trying to buttress their image recently.
- WoopsForgot to post the link for the form with Martinez and Hamilton on it, here it is:
http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/ApplicationSearch/applMain.jsp?applID=4468615 - JDPublic Utility CallerId4U, Inc. Involved in Millions of Illegal “Robocalls”
Paul Maduno, CEO of CallerId4U, insists that his firm is an innocent provider of “compliance” services to telemarketers, however they are NOT registered with the FTC to provide “Do Not Call” compliance services to telemarketers.
CallerId4U offers absolutely no services that will prevent consumers on the “Do Not Call” registry from receiving unsolicited telemarketing calls in violation of Federal law. In fact, their services are designed to allow telemarketers to hide behind false and deceptive Caller ID text, such as "card services" or "account services."
http://telemarketerspam.wordpress.com/2013/01 ... egal-robocalls/ - What an IdiotStep 5: When you are arrested for conspiracy, let the forum know how much time you are looking at on a federal charge...keep us updated on your arrest, and trial.
Whoever you are (I suspect a shill for the telemarketing facilitator) you are an idiot. This forum is all about using legal channels to report illegal telemarketing and facilitation of same. Complaints should be made through legal channels, links for making these complaints are contained elsewhere in the forum. Taking matters into your own hands, including making threats, is counter-productive, illegal and stupid.
Again, the above posting reeks of someone doing the target's bidding. They probably work for them.
