My sister got a call they said they were trying to get a hold of me they said they found her through a back ground check so she told me an I called them they had some info on me they said I woe $2650.00 to five place oakwood services,Kenwood services,Titian group,an two from Manhattan processing they said they would settle for $1500.00 5 payments of $300.00 they couldn't tell me the original lenders just the finance places I don't recall them an my work place they had was 12 years ago an the bank they had was 12 years ago I haven't got any thing in the mail they sent me a email but no address on it just to phone numbers what should I do they said there going to sue me there not in the BBB searching the other name is Compliant management solutions....

You are clear this is a scam?   They call your family members, friends, Job to scare and threaten you.  There is no debt.  They can't prove what never was.   Phone calls, e-mails threats do not prove a thing.  You are not going to arrested, nor is your sister or your dog. There is NO lawsuit.  There is no grounds for a lawsuit.   Don't talk to them.  Ignore and block the calls.  Let your sister know to do the same.  They will get the idea and should give up, but will try threats, lies and harassment.

The reason I don't suggest talking to them is that you have to be very, very clear about what you say, and how you say it.  They will try to twist your words, and they WILL lie to you at every turn.  If you try to use facts or reason with they, they will just call more, and threaten more.  They want you to try and fight so they can keep up the pressure.  Better, I think, to shut the game down.  Check this link:
