The Loveless case is still moving forward and so is the Panacci case.  It appears A1 Solar  is no longer using their in-house council and has hired outside council with a little more TCPA experience.  The Loveless  team of attorneys is a formidable force with recent history of huge judgements/settlements.

Several of us are waiting in the wings. Each may file our own individual cases pro se in Federal court.  We are keeping an eye on class certification, an insurance policy that may cover TCPA claims, and the solvency of the company(s).

We each have well documented calls into the hundreds. December may prove to be a pivotal month.

So is the Waterbury case. I understand there had to be some changes made and it was resubmitted.

Yes, seems the plaintiff lawyers filed something under an incorrect statute. The judge dismissed and reopened it almost immediately

The link here is about another A1 Solar lawsuit that started with telemarketing. I would love to see a RICO Act case filed.

Remember that high priced lawyer don't necessarily know the laws better than their lower paid competitors, but they know more about evading the law a1d how to finagle the courts/judges.

Settlement agreement filed December 28, 2015 in the loveless v A1solar case.  I bet a multitude of the pro se individuals and several additional classactions are chomping at the bit.

Dang it. I opened an account with Pacer just to see the settlement. The document doesn't discuss what the results are, just that the case was settled. Oh well, $5 down the drain
