I been getting calls from them and they claimed I got an online Loan back in 2013 from Liberty group LLC which they made up. They had my last 4 SS digits and old address and employer. The account was closed so I know I never got it. I told them that and also asked they take me off their call list.

I received a call from FFR and they left a message saying that if they can't locate me they will go to other family members on file. That is against the law and it is a threat. You can call your Attorney General's office and complaint about this company doing wrong procedures in the collection of a debt.

It's not illegal. It's called "skip tracing".
The people called by this business do not have to "cooperate with the caller" and can simply say, "Do not call my number again"

Apathy and sticking your head in the sand solves everything, except giving them a reason to stop calling you.

I got a call from those same people, but with a different number. The number is 877-215-6083. I have not spoken to anyone, but I am pretty sure they are trying to get some money from me. They have been calling me from different numbers since the start of December. The government should really look into these so say businesses and stop fake phone calls.

The "Montgomery Ward" trademark is still in use by a mail-order catalog firm.
