I wonder if this is the same George Caceres who was arrested in Feb. 1987 in a phony apartment/house rental listing scam where over people 4,000 people paid deposits for non-exist dwellings staring in 1982? That George Caceres lived in Hollywood per the LA Times, Feb.20, 1987.
