- MIKE SCHWINN US ARMY RETIRED replies to yawn| 2 repliesIf one of these doon [***], or elephant jockeys calls me , i m going to tell them too fruck their self in the mouth or azzhole. As thats what they are ! Azzholes .
- crystalUnfortunately this is never ending, unless they apprehend the people and put in jail for 40 yrs. or more. One boiler room is closed and another at another location is opened. And now with Google phone numbers, the only way is to give them long jail time from the first offence.
- crystal replies to D-AnnForget it. My husband and I get those by email, on cell phone all the time, late here and there. FBI is looking for you for a late payment, you name it. If its not on the spam, send it to spam. More than two of the same emails, you send those emails to the FBI, they have a special unit for that. Some even tell you they are coming for you to arrest you. If its on the phone, tell them you will be waiting with your 47. Emails just send to spam.
- I AGREE!!!| 1 replyThey call me day and night, always different numbers and area codes. Now they are threatening me with "Fraud" and they are going to serve me either at my home or place of business. Well, I am waiting for them. And, so is my local Police Department. So, come on "Darlings, here I am!" Hopefully, someone will be nice and post your bail!! [***]!!
- carlb replies to anonymousRe: "I have paid them 4 times already and they still call me every year, and if I don't pay them again they call my job."
There's your first mistake. A scammer finds a sucker like you and sees you as the gift that keeps on giving. Dumb. - jeanne| 1 replyFrom: Steve Hawkins (stevehawkins28@outlook.com) .

anyone get these messages consistingly .I seem to .why I don't know.or how to stop them.tied of them.wish theyd stop. - JoyetteKeep getting calls from 207- 710- 0712 Biddeford Maine comes up on caller ID. Something about 2 fraudulent activity attached to my SSN and I will be served a summons. Was worried at first as had these calls about 4 years ago. But they were more threatening, Filed 2 reports with the police department where I live. They then became more aggressive and I paid them as I got scared. Not that naïve anymore researched the phone number and saw all scam as the people on the website messages were word for word. I have filed complaints with the police department in Biddeford Maine, the FCC as well as the FTC as I am also on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. Not that the could find the A** Holes. They stopped calling for about two weeks but then today they left another message, my fiancé jokingly said something the other day your friends having called in awhile. My credit score must have went up. Just want the calls to stop as they are still upsetting even though I know its a scam. My elderly mother just becomes very upset. Anybody have any ideas how to get the calls to stop. Maybe a call blocking device, but they can be expensive.
- Bust The Scammers replies to vincent| 2 repliesI was getting lots of unwanted scammer calls. Then I remembered what a Real Live Telephone Operator told me to do, (this was 35 years ago). Get yourself a really shrill Whistle. Lay it by the phone, then went the harasser calls you, Blow that Whistle as hard as you can into the phone.
It worked just like she said. No more calls from that dude. I hope I broke his eardrum.
I don't think it will work on robo calls though, but if you can leave a message I guess it's worth a try.
We must fight back and make these scumbags suffer!!!!! - Fed up replies to anonymousI made a report with the FBI yesturday about a very big scame alot of company's involved.when i first called they had a recording about .it is a scam yhey have a number you can call and stop it
- whistles don't work replies to Bust The Scammers| 1 replyThough understand that the telephone system has limited amplification and a limiter to keep from damaging your ear right? You may feel better but it doesn't do anything. I worked on a callcenterfor over a decade.
get a call blocker - defaulter's agency replies to jeanneSpam filter for email and a phone blocker. This letter is BS. The department of defaulter agency didn't exist and it reads like out was written by a six year old not a lawyer.
It's a scam - MinneapolisIt has been 4 years since I was threatened with arrest and being sued in court. I am still waiting. I nolonger answer call I don't recognize and I turn my house phone ringer off. I won't change my number because business I deal with will leave me a message when they call. I don't care if they call 100 times aday, with the ringer off its not a bother. Family and friends call my cell number. So if they want to take me to court or arrest me I say come on and we can settle it in court. Just so everyone knows the call will never stop atleast I don't have to listen to them.
- Jason replies to You DoI agree that one exposes ones self to some of these problems by signing for a payday loan in the first place. However, what a lot of people don't understand in that these loans are not even legal in most states, meaning that unless the lender is registered with the banking department/commissioner in the state where the loan transaction takes place (where the borrower resides), the loan is not even valid. It's not a binding contract, and the lender would have no legal recourse to recover payment. This is why they hire a third party to threaten and intimidate you instead of going through the proper channels and following the FDCPA (Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).
- Old_SkeetI have received a good number of incoming call coming from this number and not knowing who is calling I let them ring through to voice mail ... no message has ever been left ... and, the caller hangs up.
