- Anonym replies to Lisamb4169The first time it happens, call your bank to report fraud and ask them to close that account and open a new one immediately. I've done this over the phone late at night!
- Peggy replies to anonymousI have.. says that warrent had been issued as well
- LotacatsI don't answer these and I can see it being debt recovery organization. I've been with the real NRA for ages and this just isn't their way. Debt recovery organization makes a lot more sense.
- rufThe two scammers stole $6.2 million and didn't serve one day in jail. In fact, they didn't even have to repay the victims back....claimed they were broke. Great job FTC!

- Rey king replies to Pinlady12775Here is what makes me crazy I have reported hell I still have the recorded threatening calls the emails from the FBI ( lol) emails regarding being sued by complete strangers ect... I saved everything wI reported everything. I even and this was early on received a call from my actual bank so I thought threatening to freeze my account if I didn’t pay an amount I questioned them and he well I foolishly did it and he made me have him listen so to make sure I did it as he implied that I d be sorry... needlessly I was angry at myself. I immediately told manager and told her but it was a spoofed call ect... ugh well lesson learned since then lol I love the threats because like I said keep it up I’ve got so much evidence from many many Scumbag’s... I even have more these idiots call my parents my brother they’re so stupid!!
What infuriating is that not one person has assisted me hell I had I still have so much that could catch so many. And I don’t believe in suing for everything but this is a nightmare besides it’s mandatory to catch these criminals!!! I see how many people have thankfully gotten justice but me well I got aggravated and still get calls so do my parents - ESP - BIZ | Esperance Tunis - Bizertin |Photoshop tutorials | Learn how to use Photoshop CC
- jamesThis blog is 5 1/2 years old and this loan ripoff scam is still going strong, I still get many calls from these idiots, they all should be in jail by now, looks like FTC is asleep at their desks.
- Jason Campfield Sr. replies to anonymousI have received a voicemail and an email every 3 months exactly but #1 I've never had a payday loan haha, #2 They never send notice by USPS, because then they can be traced back easier than when they're bouncing auto emails off of 2 separate servers and originate in Pakistan.
- Lisamb4269I have dealt, with these dirty [***] years ago. They made a phoney check, that said something to the effect doesn't need purchaser, to sign it or close to that. They would withdrawl $30 out my checking account, quite a few times. They are in jail now. I told them they would go. I receive VNS updates, every so often on how they got caught. Scumbags, need to rot in hell!!!
- Jeff replies to ANonieMouseyou are funny. when do the scammers ever adhere to the laws?
Of course the scammers will just change names on paper work. They will also cover records better now that they know the Fcc process better.
