- Pinklady1275 replies to anonymous| 2 repliesI have been getting these messages for months now. They change phone numbers using numbers from different states. I block the number and a new one pops up. Very same message you are describing. It is a recorded message & if you call that number it is a number that does not exist.
What you need to know is if they are sending a Summons out there is NO call to warn you. An official one will be a knock at your door with an officer or person working in the official capacity to deliver a Summons.
Look at your State Statue of Limitations. Chances are they are no longer within the Law to recover or file any Court Charges to recover an old bill of any kind.
Make them send you information in writing before you release any information. Have them provide you with a bill or something in writing showing you what they are trying to collect. Most likely they will refuse to send you anything. Also...most important...do not give them any information. Even if they give you information. Make them put it in writing. Don't give them you Social Security number, Drivers License number, date of birth or even your address. If it is regarding an over due bill make them send it to the address they have on file.... Bet you they won't!!! - Jess replies to MP| 3 repliesFastloanfast has conned people out of over $3 million dollars that I'm aware of. After they conned my wife and I, our bank refused to refund the defrauded funds into our checking account. They didn't believe it was fraud. So, I investigated on my own. I submitted complaints to the FTC, like many others. The FTC should make the banks refund such losses. They have insurance and should have investigated the charges when I asked about them. I'm very glad they were hauled to court. They should have to create a Victims' Compensation Fund or something like it!
- carmeni received a call from 2162859766 about a pay day loan that i did not have told me i was going to court for fraud .

Now if they would do something about the number above re the scam they are pulling. I have been getting the same calls and now they call my mom saying that I am you g to jail if she doesn't pay them by giving them her credit card info.
The number is in Texas when you call it.
They use other numbers too.
Seems like something should be done about this. They must have got my info when I applied for a payday LAN way back when and now the threatening voice mails won't stop. - chere| 2 repliesPeople, these people are frauds. Please do not entertain these people. Please report the numbers you receive to the FTC and keep a log on these clowns. DO NOT PICK UP YOUR PHONE TO TALK WITH THEM! IGNORE THEM! THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WISH TO REVEAL THEIR IDENTITY. THEY HAVE SCAMMED MANY PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY GET SCARED OF THE TACTICS AND SEND THEM MONEY. WHEN A SUIT IS FILED, PRESENT YOUR LIST OF NUMBERS.BECOME EDUCATED ABOUT THESE THINGS AND DON'T BE SO EASILY SWAYED BY THESE PEOPLE. INFORM OTHERS ABOUT THESE CALLS AND YOUR BANK TOO.

- Brenda| 4 repliesWhat happened to me was they kept on taking money out of my account in amount of $30 one week then 230. Two days later, then they would change their routing number. They would take it first of the month then middle of month than within two three day take money again. When I'd call them an say I have paid you in full some how my debt was just the same? I calculated that my 500 loan was 489% interest!!!! Who does that??? You'd never be able o pay on the actual loan... I kid you not 489%
- pc boston replies to BrendaGo to the bank and cancel all of your account and account numbers. This is what happens when you use the people. When they can't get thru they will be calling.

- Suzy| 1 replyBlue collar criminals, the big shots, get a slap on the wrist, get out of a Federal prison, that's a piece of cake compared to other prisons and maybe write a book, certainly work as a consultant, etc., and go their merry way.
This, after so many people lost their homes, vehicles, and their credit to say the least. The emotional devastation on families is incalculable.
I could go on but I think I made my point.
