- GCCriminals like using this mode because of the fact that it is time-consuming and difficult to catch them and make it stick. Hope these criminals receive a big payout from Karma! Hate these b*stards!

The bank can't be responsible for you making stupid decisions and being so poor at managing your money you will grasp at any straw. The bank doesn't pay for your mistakes , all of us that are clients of the bank pay . The bank has to get that money from somewhere !! - JJ replies to BrendaWere you so desperate to get some money you didn't check out your contract ?
Sometimes being stupid hurts , and it's not up to everyone else to " fix " your bad decision . - Merv GrosslySend these con artists to JAIL! Make an example out of them! Confiscate their property!
- travisAnd??? All assets, including real properties and money, of these two opportunists criminals should be seized, real property and motor vehicles auctioned, victims fully compensated and any residual deposited into the U.S. Treasury. If these two thought they had it bad before they started making money off of innocent folks they will find that their new status will be
the lowest of the low. - travis replies to GCIt really PO's me when scammers contact active, retired and veteran military with their phony lines soliciting funds for veterans (especially when I had family members who served and retired and also two members in my household who are Vietnam Era vets--my wife and myself who is a life member of DAV and the American Legion). To avoid funding a scammer or donating to a little known group who takes most of the money for operation costs (check with your state's attorney general's office who can provide financial details), leaving almost nothing for the veterans it is best for one to research and choose a reputable target organization who will get the donations to those whom they promise to do so.
- travis| 1 replyHopefully the payday loan broker will be in the need of a maxi payday loan when our government gets through with him or her.

Despite what some said earlier in the thread, no one ha EVER gone to jail over these cases, AAMOF few have had their assets seized (a they hide it while their scams operate).
The puke who ran the car warranty scam, and "Bridget from your credit card" were all back at it, worse than ever, within ix months.
FTC or FCC has to send it's findings to DoJ which is the only fed agency that can prosecute these.
For the last eight years, they were too busy investigating George Zimmerman and the cop in Ferguson. - anonWe do not believe these calls will ever stop. Unlisted numbers are
useless. I suppose the best thing we can do is simply not answer
these fools. Sometimes what works is hitting the number sign (#####) 5 or 6 times and it disconnects them and they do not call again. Unfortunately, we get so frustrated we forget to use our own system. The telephone co is delighted with these calls - more revenue for them. They will not help us !!! - Wei Lim replies to daisyVIP Loan Shop is still doing business, at least as a false name for a payday loan service, which "Court Recovery" uses as a business client name to try to "recover" money from you. I guess these scams never go away, only the numbers change?
- Grindle replies to ANonieMouseSo they get their wives or their sons or daughters or nephews to own the company. An injunction is no big deal for these guys.
- JMz replies to FIGHTING BACK!filing complaints does no good. I was let out on $250 bond the same day.
