    A Robocall is defined as a call that plays a pre-recorded message when the call is answered (either by a person or by voicemail). SO, if they did not leave a message, they were not a "Known robocaller".

    Caller ID showed "WellCare" - saying they had an important message regarding a prescription and to call back at 877-558-7842. I accessed my account on line, and there was no message regarding a prescription, and none of these phone #'s were listed anywhere on the WellCare website.

    They have left 3 voicemails since 2024 about a survey leaving a different number to call back 1-855-842-5860. Instead I called the correct number for Express Scripts and they confirmed it was NOT from them.
