I have been receiving calls all day and night from 000-000-0000. They usually hang up when it goes to voicemail. But last night they left a voicemail in a foreign language that sounded like it was from India or Pakistan. Since I only speak english I had no clue what the message was. I called my service provider and they gave me back my minutes for the call and said they can only block text message. They also suggested I call the FCC and the FBI.

I've been receiving these type of calls on my cell phone ever since I received my phone. Before me my Grandmother had the number and I just updated the phone. I haven't entered my number on any sites or anything so I almost wonder if she gave the number out for some kind of TV promotion to buy something(as she does this often). I just received two calls from the 000-000-0000 number today but before that I have been getting calls from a 987-988-8888 and also a 987-980-0800. I have answered none of the calls from these numbers. However, before I was checking the number before I answered my phone I received two calls that I answered. One of those call was the one with the captain recording people are talking about. I waited till the end of the recording and was told a number to press to be put on a DNCL so I pressed it. I'm getting very annoyed. I might just change my number eventually.

I'm sick of getting these calls during work I can't turn my phone off or on silent I have important calls I need to answer

Have gotten 7 calls from 000-000-0000 today, kinda hard to watch the kids play preseason baseball tourney. Something bout Walmart or home depot gift card for $100 they want to give me for spending a lot at Christmas... Yeah rite! Had India or Pakistan guy on live the 2 times they talked rest of times they just hung up. Threaten to fill harassment charges  but they called back anyway.... Crap they called while I'm typing this WTH!!!! Somebody do something!!!!!

These guys are horrible!!!! They keep calling me everyday at dinner time an when I tell them I'm not interested an I didnt enter into any contest an I want to be removed they just keep trying to sell me stuff. Then I asked to speak with the supervisor so I can be removed he refused an kept trying to sell!!! So I got nasty with him an he said I could wait an hr an speak with his supervisor an I told him to take me off but I know he's not going to! It's so frustrating!

okay,this company or something keeps on calling my brand new cell phone! i dont know how they got my number,but they've called me 8 times in the past 24 hours!!! they ask for someone i dont even know! i'm really angry! pls tell me who this is! the number that keeps calling is 000-000-0000! pls help if u can! thx!

i got a few calls from an all 0 number, i answer and there is no one there. no one speaks or anything. what i dont understand is is that if it is in fact really the fbi as i have also heard it could be, why wont they talk? wouldnt they want to talk to me? im not wanted by the fbi so....??? -__-

This company keeps calling and my caller id shows 1-000-000-0000 or 1-845-694-7957.  They call day and night, multiple times a day.  We answered and got "James Parker" from Pheonix Arizona from Smart Shopper.  They told us we would receive $100 Walmart gift card, $25 restaurant gift card, and $600 in grocery coupons.  Should have known it was too good to be true.  When I tried to say NO to one of the offers they gave us, the man got snippy and told me if I wanted anything I HAD TO say yes to all offers.  I was a sucker and did it, called and cancelled my debit/credit card today and disputed the charge this bogus company has made already overnight of $1.00.  It might seem small, but I am sure the $$$ racks up if people keep falling for it.  The offers they supposedly gave us were for agreeing to FREE 30 day trials (yeah right) of the following: Smart Shopper Savings Club, Savings2go, Leisure Time, Leisure Plus, and Shipping.com.  DONT FALL FOR SCAMS!!!  Cancel your card once they have your info, even if you say NO to the offers and hang up, they will still have your account info and will not hesitate to charge you since they are SCAM artists and, even if they might be nice people outside of work, they have no morals once they pick up that phone and try to get your hard earned $$$$$.

No Message at all Just keeps calling phone

Just got a call from 000 000 0000 and it was concerning "an order I placed with Verizon" and that I needed to activate a credit card. I was told to have my CC # ready to activate my Verizon card and call them back. Full scam.

No idea who this is. Has called 5 times already today.
When I answer it, no one seems to be there and then after a few seconds I hear an automated "Goodbye"
I cannot believe that this is allowed. We also are on the DNC list here in Canada.
