And he said my full name. I said "Who is this" and got no reply. This was probably 30 minutes ago.

I think this is funny when someone calls a 000 number. I think it may be time to answer an prank them back when they call.  My mom has had 3 calls an 2 restricted numbers so far today from that number.  I think someone should answer as FBI or some form just to see what there reactions would be. So far I read a lot of complaints on this. 5-6 different things. Block Buster. White House Number, Fake smokers question. An VWN, can't forget car ins. An last 4 numbers of a credit card. I know someone can answer the number an come up with a plan to mess with them back. I think even if there prank callers, there is always a way for them to give you info but you have to ask the right thing.  Cause it seems no matter how much they hang up an call back. You have to find something to scare them away.

Well, it has been a couple months since I got calls from this number, and mistakenly thought they gave up, I guess they just moved on to other numbers to harrass people with.  The phone company ATand T says "that's impossible," when I tell them the number, so, I just put them on my list, so the next time I see that number, they will get the disconnected message played to them.  I love having that, it does work for most.
Figure it out and you can use it.  You need a digital recorder/player.

I keep getting calls from this phone number and they tell me it's for an auto loan and that I took $3000 from them and have to return the money and they have my filed application and I keep telling them I did not file anything because I have a new car. Then the Indian man calls me a liar and says I keep lying to him and that I need to give the money back...I know they are scammers and told the guy to please stop calling otherwise I will call the police and get them involved and then he tells me he is gonna keep calling every hour. I don't know what else to say to these Indian people!! Help

I have received 3 calls from the 000-000-0000 number, since I missed the first one, I hit redial and it said something about me being unable to call that number because the person using the phone was using a CALLING CARD, I answered the second time - I have children and was worried - (Thanks 10 Zero's for making me worried about my children!) This should be against the LAW! Well it is, it's called phone harrassment!

This is how they are geting all of your info. You need cash and you need it know. So you go online thinking you can get a loan. So you put in youre info, like ss#, address, name and phone #. Yes you might get some money are in my case you get no money. That is how they get youre info. That is how they do credit fraud. So DO NOT DO any payday loans online.

Can I stop these calls

No, you cannot stop these calls.  Your only choice: don't answer.

I keep getting calls from this number. Today they started at 8:28am and then again at 1:41pm and just now at 5:20pm.  They either hang up or say a soft good bye when you answer. I wasn't home for the middle call and they left the soft good bye on my machine.  Can they PLEASE be STOPPED??????

I got a call from 000-000-0000 and let it go to voicemail.  It was actually my doctor confirming an appointment.  I will still always let this number go to voice mail, since it is used by so many companies and scammers.  I'll have to ask my doctor why he set his phone up this way.  Not a good idea if you want people to actually answer their phone.

A heavily accented Pakistani or Indian man calling himself "Kevin" used +000-000-0000, calling on behalf of First United Consultants of Florida. Bizgate is the supposed lead generator. Relentless. Continue to forget to mail DNC policy and to record name on theor alleged internal DNC list.

I received a call from this number at 8:45 am today and didn't pick up.  There was a message on my answering machine that is was verizon and they had trouble with my payment.  I have since rectified the issue.

I just got a call from this number.  When I picked it up no one was there.

I just wish they would go far far far away and never return.

I have been getting calls from the # 0000000000   or several months now but they just hold the phone and never say anything.  I have stopped answering my cell phone when this # comes up

Way TOO many calls from this number....all from India.  They are getting on my last nerve!  Get the picture, idiots....I don't want your loan, I am not going back to school, and I don't have a case against me.  So, leave me the hell alone!!!!!

Keep getting calls from 000 000 0000 several times today. I don't unswer unknown calls but these people keep calling.. What can I do to stop them?

just got a call from this number 15 minutes ago, didn't answer because it was weird. i get a ton of wrong numbers because i just changed my phone number 4 months ago. since i can't stand them anymore if they call back more than twice i speak japanese to them acting like i'm not english/american. works all the time.
