I received a call from 000-000-0000....and it was Bell Canada Customer Service....calling me back on a complaint I made regarding my unlisted number being published on Canada411.....I believe your statement regarding no such number as all zeros is incorrect...

Got a voice recording call,

I'm a kid that was left fome for a few hours and suddenly I got a call
from (000)000-0000! I always ignore phone calls but listen to the messages after so I checked the messages and there were NO new messages so I checked the old ones and none were from 000-000-0000!!!!
I was so scared I phoned my mom and she said "Lucky I wasn't there or I WOULD have answered..."
My best advice is...
DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE IF 000-000-0000 SHOWS ON CALLER ID!!!!!!!

Government agency / FBI / CIA / Law inforcment / PI use those numbers! also, 100-111-0101 vice-versa...almost look like binary code and certainly done on purpose!

yep I got a text from them too with some random number. then i got another text with the same number. next time I just deleted it without even reading it. i wonder if there is a way to block  numbers on the phone.

It's been rumoured that Bell Canada sold their Customer Service contracts to a company in India and/or Pakistan. If you have any problems with the phone service your likely to get a call from this region 1-000-000-0000.
Another reason why people are switching from Bell.

every day I recieve calls from this number and I would like it stopped.

I got a call from (000)000-0000 and it was to my cell phone (which is my only phone).  I didn't answer the first time.  They called back 5 minutes later and I answered and it was just a pre-recorded message from my doctors office reminding me about a bill that was due.  So to say that ALL calls that come from this number are "spoofers" is a FALSE statement.

I have received calls from them before too... a friend told me that it's actually block buster, calling because video's are late or soemthing. Doesn't make sense though. They never leave messages or says anything when I answer. Not sure, but it's frustrating!

who ever is calling are very persistant.  they have called
every day for the last 9 days. any where from 10 to 11 a.m.

Just got a call from this number, was curious so I answered, an automated voice came on said my credit card is all good but to apply for a lower interest rate press 1, so I did, when the call went through the person asked if I pressd 1 to recieve my lower interest rate, I told him I pressed 1 because I don't have a credit card and was wondering why they called.  He hung up.  No surprise there.  This was the first-and hopefully the last- call from this number.

I heard that this 000-000-0000 number is someone hacking into your phone line when you answer it! they call constantly!

DON'T ANSWER IT

Have gotten 3 calls from this number today.
The first time no one answered, and the second and third calls, I ignored. My rule of thumb is if you don't know whos calling, don't answer because 1, if you answer they know that your available at that time of the day and 2, it's a waste of time.

Always Blockbuster just wanting their movies back form me. I live in Colorado.
