first of all. feds don't have to call your number to put on a wire tap. the feds listen to every cell phone call there is. freedom baby its called the Patriot Act.. the all zeros coming up on the phone is a cheap bill collector or somebody selling something. so as long as you're not a meth cook or pedophile don't worry about it

Called to say I won a trip.. and $100 gas money.. I asked them if their calls were recorded , they said no,, I told them my cell phone has an app that records cell convos and that it was the second time they called me after I told them to put me on the do not call list and if they call me again they are liable for a lawsuit against them... she paused and said sorry and have a nice day.
You can download a call blocker app and block their number.

I saw my blocker's LED  was blinking so I looked at its screen It said 000 000 0000.  Really?  What idiots.

Anyways Nomorobo got em and I never heard a thing.

PS  Hey "Disabled" 10 messages up.  Get a phone with "speaking caller ID".   It will speak the CID of the caller or the name you have registered for that number in your phone's phonebook.  Panasonic has it and we love it.

I got a call from 000-000-0000 today and it was Time Warner Cable who left a message as a reminder on my voice mail about the channel line-up change happening this week.  Looks like many companies are now using this masking technology.  Though why Time Warner would feel the need to mask its number while calling current customers is beyond me.  Perhaps because it was a recorded reminder and part of their automatic call system?

I am T-MOBILE, been getting these random calls daily from a couple odd numbers, 234-566-780 which is an incomplete number so I can't even block it, and 000-000-0000. If I answer, I hear nothing, if I let it go to voice mail they leave no message. . .really annoying!!!   how to make this stop???

International call from lady saying they were calling regarding my computer, running Microsoft, that I had Malware on my computer and that to follow her instructions.

I was instruction to press CTRL, then the Windows function key next to it, followed, I believe by R.

The phone line was patchy, and the lady took great pains to talk over me. I suggested she sent an e-mail to me with instructions... then the phone line went dead.

    1471, yielded 001 00 00 00 00 00 which when dialled returns a dead line.

Got a missed call from this number on my iPhone. I just straight-up blocked it. Probably a scam call. I don't trust numbers without a Caller ID.

The caller said that he was a Microsoft Tech and that my computer was sending/getting bad signals over the internet. I couldn't understand him very well, poor English, so I hung up.That was from 000-000-0000. About a minute later, I get a call from 080 (12.39pm). Same guy asking me why I hung up, with somewhat of an attitude. I told him I was being scammed and hung up again.
Sounds like this # is being used as a catch-all by companies (?) who don't want their identity known. There should be someone out there with techie skills that could figure out how these people/companies are hacking into that #. If they were legit they should let their identities be known.

"Alex" from (don't remember the alleged service provider) who wanted to offer me savings on internet and phone service, then demanded to know who my current service providers are.  I reminded HIM that our number is on the national DNC registry, and therefore we shouldn't be getting called unless we have a pre-existing business relationship, which we do not.  He then told me to go f*ck myself.  Have a super duper day, "Alex."
