This 0000000000 has been calling my number and they hang up!  Last week, it happened and a guy from India was trying to sell me computer protection and asked for my credit card info!  I referred him to Police!

Well people, If every one just stopped answering the calls all together, the problem would go away. But there is always those that cannot do without having something to [***] about so they continue to answer the numbers that they know good and well are scams. It is the consumers fault this is happening. Just block or DO NOT ANSWER  the phone if you do not know who is calling. Ignore them and they will go away.

YOU are part of the problem. Answer the phone, call them back, talk to them. That will keep them from calling you back. You are feeding the fire.

Received call from this number.  It was a recording telling me that my credit card (didn't recognize the company name) has been deactivated and to reactivated I need to enter my 16 digit card number. Knowing it was probably a scam,  I entered 0. Each time it would tell me the number was incorrect.  I kept entering 0 in hopes of getting a live person.  This never happened and I was automatically disconnected.

I keep receiving calls from the number 000-000-0000 and they identify themselves as Microsoft Windows.  They keep saying that they want to fix my server and want control of my computer.  I said are they monitoring my computer when the owner is unaware of that?  He has a heavy Indian accent and seems he won't answer my questions when I ask him what is it he is trying to do to correct the server and how is it acting to where he believes it needs fixing?  He said he told me, which he did not, so I said unless he answers my questions, I'm discontinuing the call.  I hung up.  He tried calling back a couple more times.  I did not answer the calls after that.

I own a Panasonic landline with 3 extension phones.  I receive many bogus calls.  I can only block 30 with my Panasonic phone and it was full and the calls kept coming.  I had finally had enough. I bought a CPR blocker from Amazon and it is wonderful.  Check it out.  Hope it works for you.  It's very quiet around here now.

I got one about a fishing survey for my area.

i had the same 000-000-0000 call me today and i asked to talk to the supervisor and he proceeded to tell me to f*ck off,and kept asking why i wanted to talk to supervisor.i told him im tired of all there calls and he then again told me i was an idiot.

I have the same phone too.I've found that by the time mine fills up,I delete them & by that time the skanks have moved on to new spoofed numbers.Then I start blocking the new ones. My old phone works fine& this routine seems to work.

This number screams scam. No legitimate organization would display this type of number.

This is one of the more than 750 numbers that has called me since I ported my number to VERIZON.
I have had this number over 30 years & I NEVER had a problem with telemrketers or hang up calls until I changed service & ported my number to VERIZON.

my husband did the same thing. Even gave them our credit card number to fix what they had screwed up. Thankfully our credit card people realized it was a scam and would not let the charge go through.  I cancelled the card and got a new one. Told my husband for the umpteenth time to never ever give our info to anyone!!!
