I received an unwanted call from 000-000-0000

Some say its your phone being tapped other person is switching #s

The caller, Unavailable Out of area ( displayed as ID on our phone ) called us @ 11:20, A.M., 04.21.1015 again. We opted not to answer to this unwanted call so the caller doesn't get credit or payment from employer. If we answered, The caller will call more often... It  also used no number & " Private Caller" as ID @ 11:18,A.M. 03. .27.2015.
According www.800notes.com, this no number was used to call thousand people since02.08.2007.
Caller: Unavaible Out of Area (  or Private Caller. ).
I'll report this caller to www.fcc.gov/complaints.

I received a call at 4:14 pm from that 000-000-0000 number, I didn't answer an it went to voicemail. When I checked my messages I could hear people  talking in a room. at 7:30 pm I got a call from 543-210-9876 I answered this call I could hear the same people in a room, someone speaking with an accent told me she was with the government grants department then the call hung up. This the same
people from that 000-000-0000 number.

Just called my cell.  I certainly didn't answer as I know no one with the number 000-000-0000 and not sure if I'd even want to!  Left no voicemail.  Likely a spoof number for a scam.

These dumb a!%$&s numbers can call all they want. Never going to answer. After 1st time called, number is added to Crap contact list, ie., Crap 1, Crap 2, ...and now is up to Crap 311 & counting! Contact designated as silent ringer. Phone has plenty of memory for more Crap!!!

Phone companies are going to make their monies from these scum, anyway. And it doesn't cost anymore than the price of the phone. No need to spend money on blockers, which in turn may very well be what the scum want you to do. Buy electronics to block them and just maybe the money may be channeled back to them. So they buy more numbers.

I got a several calls from this number today. When the number shows all 0's that means the other person tricked the phone companies identification. This means they do not want you to know their number. This means they are trying to scam you. Do not give them any information about yourself or others.

I just received my first call. I don't have any bill collectors after me and as far as I know the cops aren't after me either.me so for lack of a better explanation it's got to be a scam or sales. I do remember in 1994 we were getting charged for the call. I don't think that's the case because most everyone has unlimited minutes so I guess I'll wait for the police to show up. I have received 7 calls since yesterday afternoon from 0000000000. I just send them to voice mail and they never leave a message. If they really wanted to talk to me they would leave a message.

Whenever a call comes in that we do not recognize as one of our regular contacts, we just look at the caller id and ignore.
Later, we go into our Verizon settings and add the number to the call block list.One of the problems that allows people to get scammed by crooks is that one should remember that if you have not entered into any sweepstakes, or applied for any credit, or shopped at any store (whether online, or in person) where you applied for their card or gave your email or phone number, then you are going to be scammed, spammed, and/or conned, for maybe all of the above.

The rule of thumb is that you know whether or not you have requested contact with the number that is calling or not.  If it is not family, work, business related, emergency from your doctor or hospital, "Do not pick up" or answer.

When you answer the phone, you are confirming that your phone number is a valid number.  When you select the option in an email for them to remove your name from their list, this allows them to remove your name from one of their lists and pass you on to another of their lists or list of associates.  In other words, you are setting yourself up for indefinite contact from a multitude of partners. If ignored, eventually they will go away.  It may even take up to a year, but eventually they do go away, because your phone number of email is not a prospective investment of their time.

Also, if you allow it to go to voicemail, that too, assures them that your number is valid as you have pick up message on your voicemail. By doing this, you allow them to harass you via voicemail as well, even though this is voicemail, eventually, this will become full and you will not be able to get important messages left in your voicemail.  Just ignore the call.

Getting calls every day from 000-000-0000 Unknown name. . I have answered a few times. They tell me its about my computer. When I boot it up that someone is trying to hack into it. So beware.

I would highly recommend not answering your phone when you receive a call from this number.  All zeros means it's a blocked number, and typically an international one, which means you will get charged for every second you are on the phone.  I just received a call from this number (again a blocked number so it could be multiple companies using it), and they, surprise surprise, did not leave a voice mail.

They called me three times during school asking me for $9000 if I didn't go to the government and change my name and number

"NAME NOT FOUND" 000-000-0000 is a collection agency and this is their key skip tracing tactic. If you're also getting calls from "Unavailable 1" it's the same trolls. Check out bluffmycall.com and you'll see how they're doing it. Their goal is to confirm your identity and associate you with your phone number, after which the real harassment will begin.

I was not home when this call came through.  The caller id said name not found.  Please stop calling me.

9 digit 000000000 call came to my cellphone which I of course  ignored.
