I'm not sure who  was Calling but the number was 1-000-000-0000 but what I found strange was this being above it.
V70119152900008 almost seems like they were blocking their Name.

So I just got this call 000-000-0000 and well they started speaking in chabaca voice and then I heard elvis and new it was a real call so asked him how I could help.  he said he thinks he has been kidnapped by aliens and what year is it...I tell him 2015 and he sighs loudly.  Then I hear someone singing in a high pitch voice and well it was mike Jackson.  elvis told him to pipe down while he tried to wrap his head around this 2015 thing.  and then jimmy Hoffa said give me the phone who is it....I said fred and he said he knew me...they said they were all hungry and wanted to order a pizza from pizza hut and would I give them my credit card numbers?  I was like sure  I mean pizza right I can help....after I hung up I started thinking, what if this is scammers and I just gave my credit card number out. but then I think no no no  it really sounded like elvis I mean only elvis sounds like elvis right? impersonators always suck so well there you have it I fed mike, elvis and some aliens.....paying it forward........

I Not the first time I have received calls from this number.Can't seem to get caller identity on my phone at all ,am supposed to be on this system so have to dial 1471 to identify callers number after the so do not answer my phone until I hear my answer phone come in (all that know me speak and I pick up phone when I can

So annoying. Let it go to the answering machine, no message left, of course.

Telemarketing scammers based in India. Don't answer the call and block the number. Its all you can do.

I received a call from this number but didn't answer. When I checked my voicemail, it was from a lady who spoke nothing but Chinese. Uh, English please? I am also on the National Do Not Call Registry. Not happy. It has been going on for quite sometime now and I am sick of it.

I have gotten repeated calls from a blocked number that shows up as 0000000000, I have tried to answer the call and there is no one there, I have tried to send a text asking them NOT to call me again but I keep getting calls.  I cannot return a call because Verizon does not recognize it as a number.

I am a disabled senior citizen, my number is on the DO NOT CALL list, I am not able to answer the phone quickly and I would like to know how to PROSECUTE this caller.

No this is not necessarily a scam.  Got a call that showed 000-000-0000 and she left a voicemail with her number and it was the government, Department of Homeland Security (DHS).  I called back and it was the lady at DHS who is working on my green card application.  It was all legitimate.

What the Heck is going on I have a block on my Verizon number but the calls keep coming thru

Got a call from this number on my cell phone.  No caller ID.    I answered, there was a long empty pause, and then what seemed to be a recorded voice (not positive) saying "We have dialed this number in error.  Please disregard this call."   Which sounds to me like a test for a live number.

Every day and sometimes more than once a day, we get the phone call about our credit status. This is your last chance. But they keep calling. I've hit every number they have said, if you do not want further phone calls. It never stops them. I have hit the number and told them we do not have any credit card debt, still doesn't work. Have yelled at them. Have asked them nicely to stop calling. I have done everything, but every day, at least one call from them. Today, I said Yes to the debt, and they hung up on me. Why do they keep calling. Obviously we are not going to fall for their crap?????
