I know someone who was in a halfway house or corrections inst. and this all zero number popped up.

They're the CIA, what don't they know?

Getting a bunch of them .    No one is ever there.

At least once a day. I don't answer. Going on for months now!

A guy on the other end told me I was awarded a $9,000 grant from the government...immediately I knew it was a hoax but he had been calling my phone all day so I asked him to stop calling he told me I must be a criminal for not wanting the money at that point I got very angry and told him to never call my phone he told me I was a disgrace to my country (mind yout I could hardly understand him because his eglish was so broken) and then before I could hang up on him he said f*#@ you and hung up.  DON'T EVEN ANSWER THE CALL!!!!

I got the same call about the 9,000 grant and when I tried to ask him to stop calling me he became so nasty. Telling me I was a.criminal and then ended the call by cussing at me. I wish I knew where these creeps are from because I'm with you.

robocall from 000-000-0000 caller ID said "Unknown Name" on Wednesday 06-17-15 @ 149 PM.

on errands so unable to answer. So far no call back from this number.

got a call last night from this "number" I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message....People if HONEST people want to get in touch with you they will and they will not "hide"....it's not the police or the irs or anyone other than CROOKS

I get calls from 0000000000 several times a day.How do I stop these calls w/o answering them?

I got a call from 0000000000. Number automated call saying they were irs told me to call 509-563-4345. Irs don't call you they mail things to you. Scam hope they get caught.

The person is from India or Bangladesh they keep calling me after I told them to please stop they said they want to fix my computer and I told them no and to stop calling and they said no  and they call back a hour later from a 000 number

Its annoying getting calls from this number when nobody answers especially in the middle of the night leave me alone already I don't want this number bothering me

Called at 7:30 AM (!!!!) this morning; luckily for me, I'd blocked this number already and have blocked numbers set to 0 rings.  I LOVE my Panasonic phone!!

I got a call today from 0000000000, and a man with an Indian accent told me "good morning your number has been approved to the government." Then ended the call immediately.

Received a phone call at 7:00pm like 4 calls in a roll with only 3 digit numbers with (103) I don't answer to those calls I just put them on my Reject list. But if u do get calls from these numbers (103) or(00000) or even UnKnown. Believe me is a collect agency to collect their depth,These are jobs that they give ppl to work at home to call ppl from their homes to harassed them about Bills they owe.They are not professional they are just a hungry azzholes who didn't finish school desperate for a job,went on the "help Wanted Add" in newspaper and got hired to do this. Just don't answer OR just put those azzholes on your "Reject List" I know for a fact cause my step sister had a job just like this,calling ppl to harassed them,and if she got them to pay then she will get a commission salary "That's, All Folks!! :-)
